"Very delicious food! We decided to drive here after going to the Gardens of Ninfa. This beautiful town of Norma sits on top of a hillside overlooking the valley. We went this past weekend (so not sure if this is the norm) and had to park on the street leading up the hill since the area by the restaurant is pedestrian traffic only (unless you live here). We only had time to grab a quick bite to eat, so unfortunately couldn't try out many of the wonderful menu items. Both of our dishes were delicious, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The brownie with caramel was heavenly!! The cheesecake itself was good, just wasn't a fan of the topping. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely come back again!"

This place has the best gnocchi (or gnocchetti) I've ever had in my life. The atmosphere is nice, delicate, and yet the place is inexpensive. Homely but unbelievable food and a great vibe.

I absolutely loved the food here, one of the best experiences in the area. Inventive while keeping close a connection with the tradition. Strongly recommended, try to order as much as you can!

"we stayed at night in the parking lot of nymphs gardens, tendingly disappointed by the visit, when a flyer li x terra drew my attention: ancient flavors men a first and a second choice 13 and also a nice man I have to say. being a big family, 20 minutes later we were in the car and we were climbing the mountain at a normal time, curve after curve. the village at the top of the mountain that guards the gardens. beautiful view, recommended shortly before sunset. on the right of the main square, various premises including ancient flavors. outdoor seats sold out, ask us if it's okay to sit at the tables of the bar. a loquace and a young maid helps us distract us in the rules of the menu. if you take a menu of 13 euros, but nn you consume the first or second, then, be careful, you do not pay the menu but 9 8 euros (at the discretion of the waiter. ) of course my wife nn wanted the first, my daughter nn wanted the second, it seemed normal to say, ok bring 4 menu then one we divide it. and instead. cmq returning to the necessary, we try 2 ancient flavors appetizers and starts well. many small tastes of new flavors, from carasau bread with pear, cheek etc. to try. the first we tried the tonnarelli to melenzane and pesto (good,) the ragu (ahim scialbe) and the delicious sunflowers (4 ravioli) ricotta and pistachio. x second we were brought a boiling ollare stone with its meat and everyone cooked them right at the table (the girls have a lot of fun). we also tried sausage on lemon potatoes and rocket pesto (buona) and grilled pecorino with onion and tomatoes. red wine glass (good) and coffee. the sweets have cmq a beautiful face. excellent account, without covered but nn I can tell you if because of the side bar of the accommodation. good trattoria to all and good walk to normal"

"restaurant in sermoneta, in the province of latina. We ordered two cutters (18 euros each) who should feed, according to the waiters, four people, but they were a little poor and maybe it was enough for just three hungry people. honor mention for the ricottina, very good, almost sugary. the rest, on the other hand, on the average of the cutters to be tractor to good, that is meat and cheese of poor quality but acceptable (read: no more or less than what you could find in a discount). As I first ordered a pistachio paste, arrived after a good waiting ogre (we are proud that they were served before customers arrived after us). the menu recited pistachio pesto, tomatoes, crisp cheeks and tropea onions. To me came a untuosissima yellowish paste (which is based on at least two tablespoons of oil) with pistachio granella, no visible or palatable pistachio pesto and an unbalanced onions afflicted in the oil above, all surrounded by a little tomato cut so still the crisp cheek. It is clear that no pistachio pesto has been made or used, so the dish does not even respect the one described in the menu and the vote I give is mainly due to this. And to think that I had chosen the dish by trusting me with some beautiful green dishes that I saw served at other tables. The waiters are young and kind, but the courses were not synchronized, neither for the first, nor for the desserts, leaving some embarrassment for the wait. Small adventure: we ate outdoors under the umbrellas. For a moment it was considered necessary to close them, because the wind was rising. Indi, we got up and witnessed the closure of the umbrellas. If not enough, the wind broke out shortly after and the August sun rose again more than ever after a few minutes. the complicated mechanism of opening the umbrellas persuaded the waiters to reopen them, so we make brown on the slow fire for the rest of the morning. some of the diners had to repair for most of the lunch under the shadow, sitting on a bench that was there near our table."
