we arrived on a Monday and it is one of the rare establishments open this afternoon. The reception was correct. The room is dimly lit and sad. The menu is rather minimalist. the meal, simple but good.

Good ice cream. “Local” drinks, no Coca Cola, but there is Perrier. I didn't understand everything, although there are cola manufacturers in the region. We have to follow through with the concept. But the idea is good.
