The hotel is very well located in a park. It lacks an elevator. The service is impeccable and the food excellent. The breakfast is plentiful in a very welcoming room. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5

Relais comfortable hotel with private parking. Some rooms are dated and could do with a little renovation, but they are very clean. The restaurant is tasty and the service impeccable and discreet. The new fall 2023 menu is bold and very convincing. Alongside traditional dishes, we notably tested the cassolette of sweetbreads, chanterelles and chestnuts under a dome of puff pastry, the pig's trotter stew with Corbière, the salmon and steamed haddock with red cabbage and blueberries, and also a tatin apples and endives with brie de Maux, all absolutely sublime. We spent 1 night stopover at the Hotel Le Relais Comodoliac, on the vacation route. The hotel agreed to prepare 2 umbrella beds in our room, for our 2 children under 1 year old and to welcome us in the middle of the night. In addition to the very warm welcome they gave us, the staff called us back to tell us that we had forgotten some things and agreed to send them to us by parcel, without asking us for any additional costs. Excellent memory of this short stay in this Logis hotel! In transit with a group of friends it was a very pleasant stopover, in particular the evening meal which was both qualitative, whether in taste or in the service and in a very appreciable rural atmosphere! The establishment is well located, Saint Junien is easily discovered on foot from the hotel, the welcome is jovial and courteous, the rooms are sober but functional (without air conditioning in this torrid heat the night can be somewhat disturbed however). A strange experience for a birthday dinner for 8 people, one evening in July with 18/19 degrees on the terrace and an inappropriate insistence from the butler who ended up agreeing to install us in the restaurant room to contemplate the other refrigerated customers with their jackets hurrying to eat to leave .... We were warned that the service would be long because of a lack of staff and if we found the bread and butter delicious, we would have to pay extra to have it.
