L’opera Caffe - Menu

They did not warn about a paid toilet, and then they were very rude. The hospitality industry shouldn't work like this. This is an ordinary cafe, I want more respect.

Et quelle vue sur le monument ! Accueil sympathique et efficace qui propose en terrasse, un bon jambon cru pour accompagner de la bière à la pression ! Sans oublier les excellentes glaces sans doute Maison

Abbiamo preso un aperitivo qui prima di pranzo. La location è fantastica per ammirare la Cattedrale. Cocktail perfetti così come le birre proposte. Servizio un pò frettoloso conto in linea con la posizione. View menu

A long wait here, despite the caffe being almost empty. There seemed more staff than customers but it still took 20 mins to serve drinks. Incredibly over priced, given the beautiful location it can charge this.

Such a rude stuff, like a teeny movie! No hello, no „what do you get“, just a nod! Expensive and therefore no good foot, no fresh salad, like from yesterday. Aperol for 13€ just with ice and the leftovers stood and stood there, no one clean it up. NO recommendation!

Do not order the ‘special breakfast’ Scrambled eggs were very over cooked and the slice of toast was very thin and small. Croissant was covered with sugar. Espresso was poor. Service was very unprofessional and rude. Do not fall into the trap of eating here simply because of the location. View menu

We went for a drink and panini but they forgot to bring the panini and when we wanted to go after 30min the burnt panini arrived at our table...so we didn't want it anymore..we finished our Caffe 30 min ago .the owner is very rude and a horrible man. He said rude things in Italian ,not professional and really he should be ashamed!

Incredibly rude staff, a couple differnt issues here… my friend ordered a sprite and the waiter brought a ginger beer and when she said that’s not what she wanted the waiter was rude and insisted it was the same. We also asked for tap water (which we know is sometimes hard to get) the waiter brought it out no problem. And then another server came out and said we weren’t allowed to have tap water as if it was somehow our fault that the waiter allowed us to order it. Overall very rude and impatient staff

After booking a table we were not seated at the table set for us as the waiter didn't seem to understand we had booked. We then waited 35 minutes after ordering our food. The restaurant was not busy. The steak and pork we ordered was average the sauce was of poor quality. The pizza my son ordered was revolting to say the least. We did complain about the pizza and the staff did try to offer us coffee for their incompetence. We declined the offer because my son was hungry and we left and bought a pizza in an excellent pizza shop. The cafe looks very nice but the food could and should be very much improved.
