Now it does not match my nature to discuss this with the service power. What are you doing? As we did not find an alternative in the map, we reduced to 2 pizzas. The service lady left the table. Shortly afterwards, she appeared with the drink and two round paper sheets of table tops, which strongly reminded of baking paper. Our coffee table was covered with it. Shortly afterwards, the two 18 inch pizzas were served. Proves with proper shrimps. Now it became clear why the paper had been spread on the table before. The 18 inch pizzas stood very far beyond the edge of the plate. The edges came to lie on the table and the pseudo decoration hygiene baking paper. Whether here or elsewhere, in contrast to Hasimausi, I belong to the professing action of the opponents of the Pizza edges. In other words, the uncovered edge of a pizza, whether thick or thin, I always cut off and do not consume it. Since the wide edge here was no longer on the plate, but rather far beyond the plate, the cutting off of the edge came close to an operative intervention. Thanks to heaven and above all L 'Osteria, the knife was sharp. I therefore managed to separate the edge from the occupied part of the pizza without suffering serious injuries and nothing from the pizza landed on the floor. That wouldn't have been so bad, there was my umbrella on the floor. Hasimausi had seen me with head shakes. After removing the edge about 25% from the entire pizza, the pizza had thus reduced the occupied part to a completely normal size. From the 18 inch pizza, a normal German Italian pizza had become. And the quality of the pizza? Here you have to pay tribute to the system gastronomy. The pizza was very thin, the dough very tasty, with shrimps of a neat quality was not saved. Although I'm not a very special pizza fan, nor a pizza expert, it was really delicious. The close 12, euro for each pizza were completely fine. Hasimausi had consumed the edge completely, unlike almost all guests in the direct environment. We had no room for a dessert, and Italian Dolci is not my case. I always prefer a small cheese selection. But this does not offer the card in the L 'Osteria. In this respect, we limited ourselves to Espressi and Grappa.
