"Unfortunately, the cult pizzeria is only the cult left. the quality of pizzas has been extremely neglected, but they are probably still living quite well from the rest of the last days that we recently had our last luigi pizza in times of crisis, they are not so critical, but unfortunately the lovelessness and cheap production also now only too clear. Moreover, the personal has long overwhelmed with so much, an organization that ensures a smooth run does not exist, it governs the chaos (whether they are reserved or not, they stand for ever in the snake and get so calming in the best case a bad cheap prosecco, but many of them is enough if there is something for nothing that will be commanded for ever and always these italian too will be very aggressively used for this purpose is to be all relaxed mediteran, only Italian, but then only every overhauled and stupid cliché. there are clearly better Italians in the Portuguese quarter, Luigi`s is just one more address for those who keep the holiday of rimini ballermann for Italian dolce vita."

high expectations were not rewarded. we had a table reserved to 21.00 and were comforted several times. at 21.50 we never left again!

I've heard from luigis a lot. then I went to eat myself. the pizza is really as good as everyone says, just as I like it, nice crispy edge. However, the waiting time is also true, which many complain, but for this pizza something is worth waiting for. View menu

20 clock table reserved, 20.30 get the table. at 21.00 we were asked to change the table, which we rejected, as we wanted to eat in rest our pizza. about just before half 10, after not even a std, we were thrown out of the restaurant because we wanted to change the table again. the only positive. we didn't have to pay. an impossible service with pumping service forces and an even more unfriendly owner if you don't do what you want. never again!

this Italian restaurant is really recommended. eating is diverse and really delicious. the pizzas are mega tasty and also the various nude dishes. what I find very great,is the small attention of the house,in the form of an appetizer made of freshly baked baguette and a suctioned garidip. the only thing you could make a little more beautiful is the ambiente. it could be a bit more cozy. but still completely all right, as it is. the personal is friendly and the price-performance ratio is perfect. to finish you even get a good idea. in any case very recommended!!!

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
