"an intimist place enthusiast, or do gastronomy and conviviality reign? Then you have to go for a walk in one of the senses. Manon leslie can do it! I tested the table of this wine bar in nature at colmar with a small group of friends during the week. we had reserved the stammtish (a large wooden table in a space a little apart and had ordered in advance a assortment of cutters and cheeses. all accompanied by wines selected by the girls for the occasion. Meat-vin agreements were on top, the products served generous and of very good quality! We spent an excellent evening, in the middle of a vintage decor with a crushing look ... (the girls have chiné all the decor and furniture a real good time, and I even went back with a few bottles under the arm, because one of the senses also makes it caviste! So thank you for this good time of sharing! I wish you a long and beautiful success in this place that fits you perfectly!"

Very nice troquet where Roman cooks directly in the room. Very varied dishes, beautiful variety of vegetarian dishes. An exceptional wine map! A waitress who knows his card perfectly. We had a nice evening.

colmar, a very colorful city, with its richness in wines and gastronomy, we have the most beautiful Christmas markets, and it is a city that welcomes many tourists from all over the world. I grew up and I love it.

Far from the tumult of the Christmas market, a nice discovery this first day in Alsace! Far from our Provence, we had a very nice time! Take advantage of the dishes and let you guide on a bottle of Alsace wine, see a very good time with this great team! Thank you for this lovely evening

Beautiful discovery in the center of Colmar. A small room with an intimate and user-friendly setting. There you can find some nice plates to share and at more than reasonable prices. It follows a selection of wine so great that it is hard not to find its happiness! At worst ask for advice and you will not be disappointed View menu

we were looking for a place to taste a good Alsatian wine and here we are in this atypical place where we are very welcome. The map is original with local products and houses, we are attracted by a wine in the curiosities .la seveuse explains the characteristics of this wine and we are surprised by the orange gewurztraminer accompanied by a local charcuterie board it was top !!

You go first to drink good wine and go back to the kitchen. We were looking for a wine bar to drink some glasses of good wines in order to make us forget the piquette that was served on our St Sylvestre evening. Indeed, not disappointed, the selection of wines by Madame is good and the wise advice. And then you have to eat a little something. So here, no special planks, real dishes, cooked house by the chef, in 4 m2! And there big surprise because for a price content the quality is excellent and the original proposal. Many Wouahs at the tasting with a superb met/wine agreement. You will have understood it, the next time!

"came last night to dinner in the beautiful colmar. we booked a few weeks before the visit, although it was a weekday. but that was good. the place was completely booked, several people were turned away during dinner. staff and owners here are very friendly, very helpful and extremely attentive. you really feel welcome and take care of it. after the complementary amuse bouche we have our starter: the foie gras (ente and gänse.) two generous discs of the best quality. smooth silky, great aromas. it was great. also good to share (because our head was pretty big) then we went to our head: bouillabaisse! a rich fish soup, one of the famous classic French dishes. here it is presented in three portions. So it's a pretty big, filling food. the broth of the suppe itself was really full of wonderful aromas. large equal weight of seasoned and salt. the first plate came with lobster dick. on the side was crispy brot, screed and crushed cheese. put the scab on the brot and the tip it with cheese. put it in the suppe, shake it for a short time and eat. great combination! the second and third portion came with different species of fish. all of high quality. all with very few fish bones. after three plates, each bouillabaisse had disappeared and we were pretty full. a really fantastic meal, great bouillabaisse. it is served only by two people and above. other elements in the menu also looked very good. but perhaps for another time. definitiw a great restaurant. starter, bottle crémant and bouillabaisse for two for about 150 euro. fairer price for a michelin restaurant of this quality. highly recommended."
