"A broadsheet style menu, featuring many of dishes perfect for the area and the season. Menu style was interesting with drinks and desserts only accessible via QR code, an interesting quirk! Unfortunately the service let down what was a pretty ok meal, although nothing to...write home about in all, the food was hot, consistent and plated well. Service was difficult, often being being forgotten about completely, main courses brought out while we were still eating our starters, and instead of an apology with the food returning to the kitchen the issue was made our problem and the waiter just waited for us to rearrange our table to put it all down at once. After quite a few other hiccups, out on the terrace where we were dining the lights switched off on us and one other table, we waited patiently for this to be rectified and unfortunately this wasn't either. After about minutes We then decided to peacefully settle up and depart so as not to be a bother anymore! I understand these things happen, but I felt impelled to leave an honest review"

neo-industrial framework as its name suggests. spacious and quiet. The tartar is worth the detour. good card if not and correct wines.

The atmosphere is very nice. there is space between the tables, the reception is very well and the top servers. The food is delicious. The only little hic of the meal was dessert. The cheescake is too soft! but overall I strongly recommend this restaurant. the rates are correct for the quality of the plate.

we were 3 friends to eat a steak tartare on the terrace, nice welcome, quickly served, the meat was perfect accompanied by fries. I will often eat in this restaurant and I have never been disappointed by food, staff often change and sometimes it is less welcoming. But in general it's nice. I keep going because I love the setting and the food. View menu

This is one of the few truly modern places in Aigle if a bit out of town. Food is good but very little if no choice for veggies. On my initial visit it was very quiet and we were well looked after. My last visit...we waited minutes to order a drink and had to keep waving at the staff when we needed anything as they never came over. I will go back when I'm not in a rush!

The recent establishment, with a rather harmoniously blending of raw concrete, wood, wrought iron and leather as part of an industrial hall on the outskirts of Aigle. it is divided into three parts, one of which serves as a lounge area. During my visit to the restaurant l’Usine d’Aigle, there was a specific menu for the lunchtime which, in addition to two menus from day to 19 and 21 francs, presented on a page a choice of salads, pasta, meats at the plancha and a tartare. the wine map draws widely in the diverse production of the chablais (eagle, ollon, bex) with some small excursions on the side of Valais

"we ate at the communal pint thanks to a good purchase on the qooking site. and it was a very nice discovery, the restaurant being totally unknown to me before. A modern, cozy decor, two separate parts, one brewery the other more gastronomic, one terrace. a very friendly welcome. We tasted the menu 8 dishes in agreement with 3 wines. The dishes are superb, whether for the eyes with a remarkable presentation and an original dishes but also for the nose with subtle fragrances and for the palate with tastes sought but harmonious. A mention for the sorbets, great chef's specialty, regularly added to the dishes and cleverly married. the tip of freshness was a plus, while it was about 34° outside. meat and fish cooking is controlled. We especially enjoyed the foie gras, its red and orange beet sorbet and the rhubarbe chutney - the low-temperature cooked poultry poultry with its high-pitched reduction - the summum was the apple poached with spices and its Breton biscuit, we add a little raw pistachio and a salty caramel butter and get a dream meal end. And I'm not a dessert lover. A single small flat for the carrot velvet and its fruit sorbet of passion, the velvety lacked peps. But it's just a personal opinion. A lovely service, with regular pace, the choice of wines was good with a beautiful Valais discovery (fin bec.) a very good price for the quality of the kitchen. We exchanged a few words with the chef, who does not hesitate to share his passion, without giving his secrets of course.A great gastronomic moment and a beautiful discovery in Aigle.Bravo and thank you."
