"I went last Sunday for brunch with 3 of my friends thinking I was going to have a fun time there as the place looked quite nice online and reviews were overall good. I was really surprised by the attitude of the restaurant manager Brahim. Not only was he unprofessional and absolutely not commercial but he also revealed himself to be super aggressive, rude and disrespectful. We ordered 3 Spicy Avocado toasts; the waitress made a mistake and brought us the other type of avocado toast that is on the menu and which has feta and is not spicy. As we were enjoying the moment with my friends , we did not realize the mistake at first and only told the waitress when were 3/4 finished with our plates . We left a decent amount of food on our plate as we didn’t like some ingredients on these toasts (each of us thought maybe the plate we ordered contains these) . This, I asked for a small gesture as of course it would not be appropriate for us to ask for 3 new dishes when these had been well consumed already. She said she would need to ask Brahim the manager who came and told us that we were lying and trying to deceive them because we knew from the outset that there was a mistake and only wanted to get a free thing so we didnt say anything until the end. Therefore he would not give any gesture. He also told us we were arrogant and this never happens in his restaurant. I insisted the waitress did the mistake and that at least it would have been good to apologize and give us something as goodwill for the mistakes. He became aggressive, not wanting to leave the table anymore and disrespected us by saying we had 3 pairs of eyes and were basically stupid if we really didn’t notice the mistake earlier. This is a place that I will NEVER go to again and I seriously advise you to not as well as treating clients decently is the basis of the restaurant business. Restaurateurs should always give the benefit of the doubt to their client and believe them to some reasonable extent. The way we were treated was utterly disrespectful and inappropriate especially in a “pretty fancy” restaurant ."

Welcome to the neighborhood. the card is not very large mzis it is found what to enjoy while enjoying healthy products. service is fast and efficient and smiling. the bread would be better, but together a good place for a lunch

Used to the place, for a coffee, lunch or dinner, there is always a good reason to go to Maison Sauvage. The recipes change regularly with the seasons, very cool partnerships like recently with Copain and their flan. We love it and are going back!

This is the second time I visit this restaurant and probably the last. If my first experience had been appropriate, today’s experience makes me regret this stage. Lunch in a fridge making it mandatory to keep my polar on the back, a Caesar salad, a Affligem in 25cl and a gourmet coffee: 40 euros. Too bad, the atmosphere is nice, but the bill is off the ground.

We come every day for both breakfast and lunch (neighboring shop) The waiter team is really efficient and always friendly. We arrive today at 12:00 to 4. One of us wants a late breakfast and asks for bread and butter. The manager did not wish to respond to our request because there was no more bread. All lunch tables having bread on the table (quite logical) we ask for a basket. The manager confirms that this is not possible. Honestly no big deal but so not like this restaurant/brand….

To Whom It May Concern, Avoid the restaurant “Maison de Sauvage” at Place Victor Hugo at all costs. An unpleasant experience. One Sunday morning, my wife and I went to have coffee and our daughter wanted to have a brunch. The restaurant was 90% empty (maybe 100 available seats). We had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to seat us. When the waitress found out that we were not ALL having brunch, she told us that we are not welcome . We were offended and left the restaurant. Paris is known for its rudeness but now restaurants are turning down business.
