"once suhsi at maki maki especially recommended 318 very special California rolling, as on numerous photos to see and they become a master guest. as many critikens already say, it is really an experience that really composes texture, taste and optics at a very high level. a little load. the rolls are made by hand and on a rise they have a super look at the production. a table is obligatory, especially at the weekend. to the happiness and right the restaurant is well visited. the atmosphere is still beautiful and relaxed. a lot to do with the staff that is very friendly. a little time they both should be fair to order before and when they eat."

taste buds and eyes love the small sushi combinations, also beautiful plate of appetizers and Japanese drinks. visit this place in larger groups, so they can order more different rolls from the menu.

The Sushi here is so tasty! They also have a great value lunch time menu but that is only available on Weekends, super super tasty would definitley recommend. Close to barbarossaplatz with bahn 12, 15, 16 and 18. View menu

Has a very interesting menu, was sad I could only have one of the mains. Tried a less traditional option, inspired by Italian cuisine (seemingly, although it wasn’t advertised as such). It was delicious. More traditional options are also available. The sushi deserts were tasty and fun too.

the flavor combinations are perfect here, so many interesting rolls that are made perfect are delicious, and just fun to eat! make sure they make a reservation and come early. service is very slow, but it is worth putting the time aside, but only expected that it will take a while! personal is super friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful surprise! We’ve had vegan sushi before, but this is the best we’ve ever had! We appreciated the excellent customer service, as they squeezed us in earlier than our reservation. The server, Paul, was so kind, helpful, and humble. But that sushi! As soon as Paul set it down on our table, our jaws dropped. I wish we had a Makimaki near us! View menu

You think that vegan sushi is something odd? No, no, here it is absolutely delicious! The location is not the most attractive since the restaurant is on a relatively busy road but the inner design is quite appealing and the food does the rest! Not super satisfied with the service: the waiter was nice but a bit distracted and we had to walk up to him and ask if he could take our orders. Overall it was a very good discovery, though, so I will definitely go back!

I finally made it to Cologne to try out this place, and I was not disappointed. Not only were all of the staff very nice and friendly, but I also did not have to wait for a long time. I ordered some starters (yakitoFi skewers and natto rice) that arrived nearly immediately, and some rolls on which I had to wait a bit, as they were at the moment preparing a huge order of « Very Special California Bento », a mix if different California makis that I guess is an awesome combination, but takes some time to prepare.

"In a 5-day stay in Cologne and as a lover of Indian cuisine, we had planned the Ginti. The visit took place on Monday to the beginning of noon. The reception was very friendly and cordial by the Lord of the House. The decor in Ginti is very modern, stylish, but also somewhat sterile and only very discreet supplements with Indian accessories. Young guests will probably find favors in the style of the institution. The place was still empty and so there was a chance to get a brief conversation with the mistress of the house. She brought us the menus, and there were Papadam with three from a culinary point of view pretty boring finished dives. We chose both a mango sauce as a drink that was thin and most likely prepared on the basis of a mango powder. Disgusting! I ordered as main dish Malai Kofta, vegetable balls in a mild curry sauce with ginger, garlic, almonds and coconut. This is not only one of my favorite Indian dishes, but it is also a dish that places higher requirements on a kitchen and therefore cannot be found in any Indian restaurant on the menu. In addition, quality and freshness can be well valued with this bowl. I ordered this dish with a higher sharpness, but not through the sauce, but ultimately through the vegetable balls themselves. The latter were produced excellently and their loose inner composition had the freshness of the preparation felt. This was undoubtedly a 5-star court. My accompaniment had opted for Tandoori King Prawn Masala, marinated royal cloves from Tandoor in a sauce with tomatoes, cashew nuts and raisins. This dish was also very tasty, rather mild and very generous in the number of shrimps. The rice was served unfavorably on an open bowl and had to measure any fragrance and aroma that could originate from cardamom capsules or spice cloves. After the main dishes were convinced, we were curious about the Indian ice cream, Kulfi. This came visually well over a carrot cut into slices, but could not be along tasteful. It was crystallized, little creamy and the aromas of the aforementioned mango powder were reappeared. Conclusion: a highly recommended Indian restaurant due to the excellent main dishes, but not yet matured in its culinary periphery. Therefore, provisionally three stars with an inclination to four."
