I ordered champagne to be in the room, it was very poor cava (no choice provided) and not even a happy birthday was said. I have the poor food in the restaurant and the bad food and services educated when we checked out. there was a half-hearted suffering, as it gave the complete bill, no elimination of the cost of bad evening meal and nothing to compensate us for the bad stay. very poor service"

Place is beautiful and food is great , too . But service definitely need an upgrade.I couldn’t have breakfast by the pool , I was told they were fully booked and I was only allowed to have it in my room during all my stay . It’s ridiculous. I think if you are guest of the hotel , which is that small you shouldn’t have this problem.Same for dinner , I could only have it at 8pm as they had some kind of event going , which is also not my problem.I was informed about special events in the hotel upon arrival only , at the check in .
