first visit to mason and my friend and I loved it. the food was excellent and the staff very friendly. we are going back to the final.

The restaurant was absolutely stunning. I let the chef choose my starter since there were just too many options, and honestly, I would never have selected the dish that arrived—but I’m so glad I did! The food was exceptional, and the service was excellent as well. It was a lovely touch to have a pianist playing while we ate, though I was tempted to join in and play myself!

I enjoyed the dining experience and the atmosphere at the restaurant. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the mason bruschetta appetizer; it was simply half of a mini roasted baguette, likely from Sainsbury's, topped with standard diced tomatoes and a slice of melted goat cheese. On the other hand, the steak medallions and duck breast were incredible. The strawberry stack for dessert was also very delicious. View menu

The quality and variety of food on offer was great, the set lunch with free dessert was good value and the staff are very nice. Oh and clean toilets.
