"I admit that the programs were others but when we parked the car to spend our day in canoe we thought it would be perfect to have dinner in this restaurant which boasts a fabulous location on the gulf of baratti a few meters from the sea! Despite the restaurant being fully our orders were taken almost immediately and we did not wait too long to eat. we ordered a warm sea salad and an ombry. the sea salad is simple but made to art, abundant cooking of cuttlefish and perfect octopus, without frills but much goto. fresh and cut in the right size. during our appetizers we appreciated and enhanced the dishes with the extra virgin olive oil really remarkable, considering also that being in August is certainly not a new oil. we continued with a ton cut with pistachio granella and the fish fillet san pietro panato. only neo the excessive and little crispy panatura on a good fish. we ended up with a dessert to head and coffee. interesting wine card from which we chose a French chablis. spending about € 130, in line with the prices of the area and the moment, but with fast service, a fabulous location and excellent raw materials. If it were a little quieter and more reserved would be one of my places of heart!"

"it is called cocktail bar, but it is actually also restaurant, although the manager keeps us to emphasize that it is not. what makes a certain magritte come to mind and its ceci n'est pas une pipe. as a vaguely surreal impact; entering, first of all, is more to think of a workshop of modernity and furniture much beyond the vintage. without being this a note of demerit, the atmosphere is in fact cozy and pleasant. not having tried it as a cocktail bar, but as a non-restaurant, I can evaluate it for the non-grain we consumed. the only cocktail tasted, is that of fish appetizers, with fresh raw materials. from all appreciated, especially the octopus. personally I would not have felt the lack of a couple of dismissals, such as gelée aperolo and cherry destructured and gelatinized, which in the mouth left me a great why? well my cutters for nettle with shrimps, but without being able to become part of personal gastronomic memorable. I don't remember what I'm doing. all in all the final account does not differ from decency. having eaten fresh fish and consumed a large worm of a local winery, a 50 per head seems quite reasonable. of course, the moment of the strip could have been very unpleasant, because nowhere there is a non-menu with the prices. for this reason I was almost tempted to take away a star, wishing it would add to other more venal sins. but rather than dressing up the cloths of a strict judge, I write like a gimmick among many to do as a third incomod in my tête à tête with insomnia."

"Went here as a recommendation from my family members. Good service although they forgot to tell us the dishes outside of the menu so we had to ask. Had two octopus antipasti delicious!!!! Had risotto, was okay. And baccalà alla livornese I liked it but my aunt did not. It was a hearty meal of big portions! Would go again! The 5th star would be added if the service were more polite and the baccala less oily."

"I recommend to anyone at the albatros park to try the alfredo cuisine, linguine with the rich and delicious fisherman, spaghetti with delicate and abundant clams, a fried of squid and totathan rings that I did not in time to photograph so much was good and delicate. all watered by a great prosecco suggested by the great rachele from which we were followed for the whole dinner and to which I congratulate for professionalism. excellent also the price quality ratio. Good job."
