"My family and I had lunch today in this restaurant, it's a fantastic place for a certain target audience. All the courses we had, from the appetizers to the first courses, especially the tagliolini with blueberry and yellow pestum dates with crunchy, well-browned bacon, aroused great success. I highly recommend this restaurant to go and try it, it is beyond all expectations, the location is very elegant and welcoming, the staff is attentive to the customer and knows how to recommend the courses in relation to your needs or any intolerances where kindness reigns supreme between Beatrice and Anna and the chef in the kitchen. We will definitely return soon to replicate this wonderful experience. "I have been frequenting this 'fraschetta ' for some time and every time the satisfaction is total, starting from the quality of the fish to the service and ending with the costs. All this is framed by the 'crew '/staff of boys and girls who serve at the tables, always present and smiling under the guidance of Commander Marco. Always full (who knows why?! it is better, indeed mandatory, to always book. This time we decided to go to Pasquae and for the occasion the Commander was offering a fixed menu for 40 euros consisting of: 1 appetizer: octopus salad, anchovies and mussels soute. 2 2 first courses: tasting of soup (paranza sauce , and stuffed cannelloni. 3 two second courses: sea bream in a potato crust and fried calamari with salad. All washed down with a good house wine (falanghina without limits Dessert: chocolate eggs and colomba and finally sorbet, coffee and ammazzacaffe. What to say? Excellent quality and portions obviously for those who want raw food and drinks off the menu. Despite the full house ... the ship arrived in port in style. "It has now become almost an obsession, this search for the perfect pizza , quoting a pleasant book by Dario De Marco. And although the perfect pizza cannot exist (for an infinite series of reasons that De Marco will explain to you better than me) I never expected to come so close to it in an anonymous little street in Torre Maura, a less than glamorous neighborhood on the eastern outskirts of Rome, a stone 's throw from the GRA. Without beating around the bush too much (further), I 'll put it simply: the Gulf of Naples probably produces the best contemporary Neapolitan in Rome. The dough is a cloud, with a pronounced edge, light, fragrant and above all not rubbery (which everyone with 300 gram balls is capable of making dinghys, the problem if anything is digesting them). The raw materials are excellent, in some cases even refined, such as the Cetara anchovies used in the delicious Neapolitan (which in Naples they then call Roman, but that 's another story) and there is no shortage of some more imaginative (and expensive) proposals for the less orthodox palates. Satisfactory but not memorable fried foods (don 't miss the croquettes with porchetta though, which are excellent) as well as the homemade desserts, from which I would have expected a little more (the babà was good and well soaked, while the puff pastry filling was a little I unload). If you are a lover of Neapolitan pizza, the address is essential, and it is certainly worth the walk even if you have to travel a few kilometers. "huge place, although not well visible from the road, with a nice guarded parking and several rooms. despite it was a Saturday night and the overhanging restaurant, the service was fast and apart for a couple of contours arrived in precise delay. we were in six and we ordered different appetizers, all delicious and delicious to accompany with crispy traditional white focaccia and celiac. the recommended? ricotta with dense marmalade of marroni, beef carpaccio with artichokes, orange and grana, grilled mortadella, egg overhanging truffle, buffalo stew, chickpeas immersed in a cream of porcini and truffle. very tender threads, succulent and well presented on a plate of cast iron the cut of Florentine Chianina with bone, exquisite artichoke to the Roman, piccantina la cicoria repassed and delicious roasted porcini.
