"Let me start by saying that I recently discovered my gluten and lactose intolerances. Needless to say, the diet I was used to gave way to many sacrifices. In addition to gluten and lactose, this restaurant also says no to compromises, distinguishing itself as a restaurant also and above all without sacrifices. Roman cuisine without gluten and lactose, low cost, right portions and location that celebrates Rome and Romanism. You can see the care they put into the restaurant and the kitchen, the result of needs like mine and those of many other people. Very clean and refined environment, suitable for business lunches/family dinners/romantic moments. I know you will read me so thank you very much to those like you who offer us these small moments of culinary normality out of pure passion and not just for profit. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and lactose-free"

Small but nice and very welcoming place. The service was friendly even though there was a long wait even though the place wasn't full. The guy who served us was very nice. We liked some dishes a lot (tagliere, cacio e pepe and tagliatelle) while some did not convince us (supplì, lamb and in particular the panna cotta foam which was too liquid). All in all we ate well. More than honest bill, slightly lower than expectations. Food: 3

While away in Rome I looked for a restaurant in the area that served gluten-free. Rome in the mouth was a pleasant discovery. Friendly and professional staff and excellent food both with and without gluten. AIC certified restaurant with separate kitchen. The words the entire menu can be made gluten-free and lactose-free almost moved me! Excellent gluten-free supplì and pizza. Furthermore, the surcharge on the SG pizza is zero and for the lactose-free supplì only 0.50 cents. The only note is that the environment was a little dark. Recommended.
