"Unfortunately, Matzes has deteriorated, we wanted to avoid a bad evaluation and had therefore turned 2 times directly to Matzes to describe our “ impressions”. Wraps for the repeated time as well as not filled, only iceberg salad, no chicken, no cheese present, half a slice of gurke is usually absolutely undamaged for the price, well, because it was already in the last order and we had ordered it again because we were usually satisfied in the past. Noodles simply so little and inedible and also for this price just incredibly noodles to make with sauce in the bowl and totally save on the remaining ingredients. I understand all this has become more expensive, but that's not the case. Salad was fine."

Das grün muss man mögen, aber gehört halt zur Corporate Identity Wesentlich blöder war es, dass bei der Bestellung über die App schon 2x passiert ist, dass statt einer Veggie Variante eines Gerichtes, das mit Fleisch geliefert wurde, obwohl auch veggie an der box stand : Sonst schmeckts aber super! Essen sowie Service hat an Qualität stark abgenommen! Alles muss man mittlerweile extra bezahlen und dann schmeckt trotzdem alles gleich, trocken oder latschig für den Preis den man zurzeit bezahlt echt schade ums Geld. Diesmal wurde auch wie beim letzten mal ein Essen doppelt mitgeschickt und auch abgerechnet obwohl es eigentlich nur einmal bestellt wurde online. Waren sonst immer zufrieden aber das war nun nach dem es schon das zweite mal so schlecht war nun eindeutig das letzte mal!

After we had ordered at 17:00, the messages they would deliver only at 19:00. At 19:15 we called, as was not yet delivered. Apparently, the order should have expired, and they deliver at 8:00. At 20:15 we called again, and the food came shortly before 21:00. As an excuse, they offered us a voucher worth 50€, which they would send us by email. That didn't happen either. To all the frustration we have waited for our food every 4 hours, the pizza rolls were half raw, the pizza tasteless and the rest were only halfway fine.
