"We used the drive thru for a breakfast order today and I am still 7 hours later sat in disbelief at the poor customer service and rude encounter I received by the female manager on duty. Having ordered porridge amongst our breakfast order, had this added to the screen, paid for the full order moved to second window I realized that they had forgotten to give us our porridge. I went back and the manager on duty rudely informed me that I couldn’t have porridge as they haven’t sold it for 3 years! I said, McDonald’s do sell porridge as I bought some from a different branch last week!? She said well you didn’t buy it here we don’t sell it! I explained no one had mentioned this at either the order point or payment point and I had been charged. The manager continued to argue with me and had a really awful attitude, she was blaming me for ordering something they not sell but their staff had not told me. I think some basic customer service training wouldn’t go a miss, if this is how the manager behaves what hope do the staff have. I left without the porridge having paid for something they don’t sell! Crazy."

Insufficient parking, especially for all the vans that use it on their way past, slow service, VAT receipt printers not working, no soap in the gents, no carrot bags. Disinterested staff. Not up to standard.

Ordered a meal for 3 Adults and 3 Kids, one of the adults meals was missing from the order, phoned up to complain to be told to phone Uber eats as it was nothing to do with them, uhhhh hello , they packed the order,. This is the second time something like this has happened in the past 2 weeks,

We ordered a double quarter pounder and only got served a single. When my girlfriend went to enquire she was told that without a receipt as proof they would do nothing but the machine wasn’t issuing receipts! They had then run out of common sauces. Customer service was non existent. Whilst we were there they had lost another customers order or forgotten about it. Terrible place! A disgrace to the franchise! View menu

This is my second time in two weeks ordering takeout from this drive-thru. The first time, I got home and discovered one burger was missing. The second time, after collecting my order at the drive-thru window and parking in the car park, I realized that both Big Macs and fries were missing from my order. I went back into the store to complain, and after some time, someone finally acknowledged me and replaced the missing items.

I waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee at this restaurant. After asking where it was, it was fetched from the back and I was told it was my fault because they had called out my order two times. However, I was standing three feet away and my number was never called nor was my coffee brought out. The wait was frustrating enough, but to be blamed for it was rude. This was the first time in many visits to McDonald's that the coffee was actually nice and hot.

We stopped at this restaurant to charge our car, but found that the store was closed due to a card fault. We ended up using the drive-thru without any issues. We then asked if our daughter could use the restroom, as it had been a long drive. Unfortunately, we were met with a rude response from an elderly woman who claimed to be a member of staff. She refused to let us in, stating that they were not a service station. Overall, not the best customer service experience. View menu

Today Itook my 2 grandchildren for a treat at Baynards Green restaurant. First disappointment, no milk shake drinks. Second requested book with Happy Meal got a toy. Third no tomato sauce or serviettes available at the dispenser area. This was followed by a lengthy wait as my order was of a reasonable size and the restaurant was busy so I accept this as I do with the fact food and drinks were cool to cold when order was collected. What was highly noticeable was the number of customers having to return their order as it was incorrect. My first and last visit to this restaurant. Hope this may be of help to others with young children that this restaurant is very much a drive through prioritised...

If anyone suggests otherwise tell them to visit this restaurant full of halfwits who seem totally incapable of packing items from a screen in front of them into a paper bag. Every **** time we 've been we have had issues. Today two kids missed out on meals because despite ordering online 40 minutes earlier we sat and waited for another 20 for them to make the food. Moved to the second collection window for a large 40 quid order where drinks and ice creams came out ages before the hot food and yet again we got home to not one but two missing meals...this time they remembered to put the drinks in mind you so a slight improvement on previously but little consolation to a pair of eleven year old...

"I don't know what on earth happened last night when we had dinner here, the reviews looked good, and we're struggling to understand how. We're very easily pleased and takes a lot to prompt a complaint, but we had an absolutely awful experience. My partner ordered the belly pork off the specials board, and it turned up on a side plate, a very few overcooked bits of diced pork thrown in with a few veg. I had the cauliflower with braised lentils, this turned out to be a few mainly burnt cauliflower florets thrown into a plate of sludgy lentils. The chunky chips we ordered came out as skinny fries, not a big deal but just added to the general lack of care. We were both mortified, to the point of embarrassment. We ate it as we were hungry and there was nowhere else to go as we were staying at a local campsite. One of the team took the plates away, and another brought the bill. Neither of them asked us how the meal was, else we'd have said how disappointed we were. So we just left, just as the table next to ours was commenting on the small portion sizes of their food. We should have complained but we were hungry, disappointed, tired and just wanted to leave and simply couldn't face the confrontation in the busy setting. No excuses but that's how it was. We are very relaxed easy going people but this was a truly disappointing meal and experience and we felt robbed of £45 instead of enjoying what we'd hoped would be a lovely Saturday night out and special occasion."
