"Used to be great but now not so much. I work late on the weekends and usually finish early hours in the morning. On 4 different occasions I have given them a chance to redeem from the last but still it just gets worse and worse, long waits, wrong food and missing food, rude staff and no help what so ever after complaining. I know they use certain staff for the day time and for the evening so I’m not sure it’s a a general thing or just a nighttime things has I haven’t been in the day. Before the had renovated this site it seemed to be pretty decent and I could never say a bad thing but now it just seems that it’s all fallen to bits, poor management and all the staff seem clueless"

this is a nice mcdonald’s with good staff and fast service as they would expect. the floor staff keeps everything clean from cleaning the tables fast and wiiping spillages to sanitising between customers and helpful with requesting.

This has to be one of the most disorganised McDonalds I’ve ever been to. On the last 4 visits I’ve had to go into the restaurant to get them to correct the order they had got wrong. Never an apology it’s as if you have caused them a problem. I am aware it’s a very busy branch but it’s never right.

pre ordered on app, decided to sit in and get drinks. very pleasant young lady brought her with extra milk, sugar and stirrup. Even asked if we need something else. only grip would be an older lady who seemed to clean the dinge seemed very blunt. when I left the toilet, I met her right at the door, nothing said to me, so I waited to let her happen to be polite. then it seemed that she went to the toilet. Maybe she would have said, "I have to go there "I would have recognized and kept the door, etc. no one says: thank you or words. just a dazzle. later I saw that she brought a tablet with eating into a nearby table, again no interaction with the family, no smile, nothing.
