Simply delicious fish cooked perfectly batter crisp fish white as snow chips light and fluffy this was our first visit sure won’t be our last.

Excellent Fish and Chips. Probably the best in Norwich. I visit here most weeks. The owners and staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Portions are generous.

We ordered fish, sausage, scampi, fish fingers, and chips for the residents and staff at Cromwell House while the kitchen was shut down for re-wiring. Everyone was happy and said the food was lovely. It was a large order but Sole Plaice managed to sort it out for us and had it ready in time for lunch. Thank you so much, it was a perfect 10 out of 10!

Not just the best fish chips but friendly, helpful service as well. We had to deal with feeding a dozen visiting family from the US who wanted to try good F C. Called ahead and everything was freshly cooked and ready to be wrapped and carried off. It was an absolute crowd-pleaser. Been back for smaller orders since and they are consistently excellent.

We were greeted by the owners and staff as soon as we entered the building. We had great fish and chips with curry sauce, the lady owner also gave us potato fritter as it was our first visit. It’s definitely worth a visit they offer seating facilities too. Good choice of food all freshly cooked as we waited. There were few frequent visitors who were greeted in the same way.
