Both ordered fish chips. Fish was very oily, and chips were barely cooked. Definitely gone downhill.

Nice food, but expensive for fish and chips, staff always friendly, but can be slow to take away is usually very slow

I ordered a single fish and you sent me a supper. Disappointed as I enjoy two fish and i don't eat chips. Enjoyed the fish, just wish I had two of them

food was OK! they forgot to put the mushy peas in the order! couldn't get a refund as it was an add on in the supper! not happy about it as I'm paying for something I didn't get and paid for, probably not order again!!!

Even and partners decided to come here for lunch. We sat in the restaurant upstairs, it's a nice little place, but could be renovated to create a cozy atmosphere. We know this is a fake ship. The food was nice that we would... rate a 7/10. Our starter was lost and we had to wait for it.

Ordered chips and whilst ordering, I saw golden, fluffy chips and fish being served and knew I was in for a nice meal. Then got my chips, back to the car and they were cold mushy and revolting. I obviously got old chips as I...only ordered chips and not a supper. We won’t back. Expensive poor quality chips!

Enjoyed the Fish Chips aboard this ship-like restaurant! Jacket potato with tuna is recommended. Also the kids have their menu and we had fish fingers and chips. Also the Margarita pizza (cheese pizza) was great. They offer other meats drinks as well, including halal options. Service was great the atmosphere is accommodating delightful.

I ordered fish and chips I was asked if I wanted salt and vinegar I said I wanted only salt When I got my fish and chips, they put the girl salt and vinegar because she talked with her friends and salt and...Ginegar on anyway I had to tell her I asked her for no vinegar the fish was swimming in fat, so at the price she changed I wouldn't be back

I am sincere to say we won't be back after being in for a wee brickie on Tuesday with my husband, the food was cold my Potato scone was burnt turned over, whoever dished this up should be given this meal to eat. Food was not the best. The only reason I didn't complain at the time my husband would get very upset, I have spent many years in catering in my working life. Disgusted doesn't quite cover my feelings.
