"Name of Pub: The Captain James Lang Date Visited: 26-07-2021 08:00 Receipt Number: 45/4600 Bill Amount: 27.65 Feedback: When the meal I ordered arrived the egg was missing when I pointed it out to the server he asked me was I sure I ordered the large mixed grill it came back with one solid egg and still missing 2 onion rings when I pointed this out he said he would send it up again to the kitchen as the others we’re almost there meal I declined and asked for a refund was refunded the meal money but charged for a hot chocolate I would not have had if not waiting for my meal so I am now leaving your restaurant hungry and having to make my self something to eat when I get home this has been a really disappointing evening for me and both my family members Complained to duty manager nothing was done about it complained to Wetherspoon direct here is there answer.....
