"Four visits to this great value restaurant in the course of a 4-week holiday. The dishes tasted were as follows: Vitello Tonnata Summer Salad Queso Asado Gambas al Ajillo Dorada a la Plancha Lubina a la plancha Bacalao with Langoustine Sauce Ribeye Steak Pasta Rojo Secreto Iberico Caesar Salad All dishes are well presented and very tasty. The food is extremely good value for money. Also, the wine list is amazingly good value. An excellent white wine, Los Perdomos from Lanzarote was forced down on two occasions! A lovely Mencia, Los Rios was delicious with the Ribeye. A delicious Albarino was also selected. Without exception all wines were excellent value for money. Manuella’s selection and pricing policy cannot be faulted. Definitely a once a week visit – at least!!"

Down to 4 this time because of the achingly slow service. Ages to get a drink or bread before the orders were taken. Otherwise good food as usual.

The menu here resembles about 50 other restaurants in Puerto they just seem to do it better than most all of them. Whether a steak or Pork secreto or lamb, all of the proteins are done to perfection, and the papas fritas were as good or better than any other restaurant that I've eaten at in Puerto.

This restaurant is small situated in a quiet shopping square in La Paz. You definitely need to book. It’s reasonably priced the food wine excellent. The staff are very friendly service good. The steaks lamb are particularly good. The tiramisu is light a large portion excellent. Would definitely recommend. We went twice will definitely go again.

This is not really a review because we never got to sample the food. I'm sure its excellent. This is more of an advisory. Based on the reviews we walked up in the hope of a nice meal. We were disappointed as all three of the available tables had reservado on them. We asked, but got turned away. Book if you want to stand a chance of eating here.

A favourite place of ours. Manuela and Xavier are very good out front while Chef Leo creates perfectly cooked fish, seafood and meat dishes of top quality. A few new dishes have appeared including carpaccio of beef, tuna and salmon in addition to a great favourite of mine, Chuleton of Veal T. Bone). Fish includes sea bass, bream, salmon and tuna while steaks are fillet, entrecôte, and rump. Lamb chops are often available too. Tiramisu is light and probably the best in Puerto. Highly recommended and best to book in advance.

As others have said in previous reviews this is a real restaurant. Although seated outside due to current restrictions everything about it is top class. The service, friendliness, atmosphere, and especially the food. After a very nice starter we had lamb chops and a ribeye steak both superb, followed by a wonderful tiramasu (almost had a second one). The wine was well priced too and overall an excellent night out. Certainly a restaurant to come back to, and we would suggest booking if you are planning on visiting. Thank you, absolutely 10 out of 10

This excellent little restaurant is tucked away among a small precinct of boutiques and cafes around 300 metres from the Botanical Gardens but well worth searching out. Its run by a German lady and her partner and their reputation for quality food appears to be widely spread among German visitors and locals. That said all, customers receive a warm welcome. Booking is essential, preferably a day before, and you'll be very glad you did as the food is wonderful. Prices are slightly higher than surrounding competitors but well worth paying. A meal here will leave you more than satisfied and looking to come back. Its a great place to eat if you fancy a treat!

Ate here for the two last nights of the holiday. Albeit half board at the hotel, we had come on the holiday with the intention of dining out at different Spanish restaurants in the area. Unfortunately we found it difficult to locate ‘local’ cuisine until the latter part of the holiday, when by chance we found this restaurant. The food, service and ambience was excellent and without fault. We only wish we had found it earlier as we would have happily eaten here all week. Over the two night we sampled the prawns, green peppers, goats cheese with fig, fillet of beef, sea bass and salmon.....all of which were excellent. Well priced and a must if you are in the area and want to eat great food. Th...
