"eating was average, the waiting period was long and the waiter was close to getting a little crazy. he told us (in his Italian, German - but mainly Italian, almost incomprehensible) that his waitress had taken the night off, as in italy a religious one was celebrated, so he had definitiw problems. Maybe the cook had taken the night off, as our food was not good. my friend had the lammragoutlasagne, as her first choice was not available. the floor was so hard that he could not be cut through, and it was also cartilage in it. to be fair, he offered to change it, but my friend cut off the inedible pieces (we were hungry after the long wait), as it was already huge (and unsightly plated). another friend had pasta mista. it was okay, but looked a bit like a dog dinner on the teller. I had the spaghetti with truffles that came about 5 minutes after the rest, and there were no truffles in sight. I think it must have been truffle oil. pasta was beautiful and seemed to be homemade, but with 15.50 euro it was definitiw overpriced. all in all a disappointment. this place has a good call and is always full, and the prices let me believe that the quality and service would also be good, but we were all disappointed. other friends live in this street, so I've been thinking about going here for a long time, but I won't come back, I'm afraid."

the mondo sardo is a great discovery. the patron is not quiet, but best laughed, he makes fun. outside sardinia I have never been allowed to enjoy so clear and typical Sardinian eating.

The best italian restaurant in Berlin!! Service is amazing, owners are really funny and it's a pleasure to pass a night in this place. I took sea food linguine allo scoglio and it was like in Italy, really really good! dessert and wine perfect as...well. Prices low A place to be in Berlin!

This place is just amazing! We were group of persons. I think that we have tried at least or different meals pasta, salads, see food dishes... Pasta just wonderful, fresh, tasteful, incredibly good. Atmosphere is nice, waiters and owner very...polite and friendly...but pasta, ravioli, spaghetti with truffles.. don't miss this place, once you are in Berlin, it would be big loss for your senses..!

We stumbled on Mondo Sardo looking for an Italian restaurant in the rain and couldn't have been happier. The small restaurant is not the most prominent, but it's a real gem. We had the five ravioli plate and a Sardinian gnocchi with sausage. Both were...excellent, fresh and wonderfully presented. The server was very friendly and funny and we were treated to free grappa at the end for a little digestif. When we weren't sure what desert to get, he put together a sampler of their three choices for us and it was a very generous helping. Excellent and would recommend to anyone

I twice passed by that restaurant, the waiter greeted us friendly as we were walking by. It looked interesting and saw it was Sardinian, I went to Sardinia a couple of years ago and loved the food. there.
