Moonlight - Menu

Myself and my friends ate here on Sunday night and loved it. The food was gorgeous and the staff, while quite young were lovely and looked after us very well.

We went twice last week as the food, service and price were so good. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Excellent value. Recommend as a visitor from S/W England

This place is really good for Indian Food. Just visited it this afternoon after a hike and would definitely recommend the chilli-garlic-corriander naan and Korma. The overall food experience was great and the restaurant is definitely worth visiting.

I've had carry outs from here quite a few time now, and it has always been excellent. Especially as the chef has different Curries from all over India, when other restaurants stick with the same 12-15. Try the Pathia curry, a revelation, you will not see it in many other Indian restaurants. Fantastic.

Was over from Scotland for the weekend to see family and didn't actually know Limavady had an Indian restaurant till we arrived this time. We decided to eat here after a day sight seeing and we were so glad we did,my partner and I try curry any where we go all over the world,this was one of my favourite,the dish I chose was so fresh and tasty. We frequently order takeaways from here. The food is consistently good, the service hopeless. I always have to check my order as it n occasions I had to drive back in as it was wrong. Tried to eat here tonight , having booked a table , waited 45 minutes for our order which was brought to the table and then taken to another table. That was after I had already asked when the food would be served. Tables who came and n after us served while we waited. We just left and went for a pizza. I asked to speak to the manager, none available. The Young staff do their best, but are completely out of their depth and left in an invidious position. It’s a pity it could be really good.

Sat in for a meal here during the week. Had pre booked and requested a table upstairs, but on arrival was seated downstairs which is not a pleasant experience!! People are coming in and out for takeaways and the staff talking at the bar can clearly be heard. The service was awful. It was slow and one girl seemed to be the one doing all the work while the other two chatted or set a table occasionally. The one lovely girl working (with headpiece on) was run off her feet and handled other customer complaints. The food was nice but it was an awful experience to sit in. Overall I don’t think I will be in any rush back and I feel ALL staff should be trained in customer service and professionalism.

We've had a number of carry-out meals and the food has always been excellent. Yesterday we got a large selection of carryout meals, starters and sides for a family gathering. As always the food was delicious and our visitors believed it to be the best Indian carry-out they had had. I phoned the order in and it was ready for collection (I prefer to collect rather than have delivery) exactly when promised, it was very well packaged and it was properly labelled so we knew exactly what was what, unlike most ethnic carry-outs where it is a guessing game.
