They checked further and then came to the conclusion that the Just Eat POS had not printed the order and therefore they could not do anything about it. Telling us to call Just Eat to have the charge cancelled. I would have preferred a minimum of professionalism in trying to resolve the problem. We went for dinner on Saturday evening, the place as always was very nice and well looked after but the quality of the food has really dropped compared to previous years. We ordered chicken rings that looked like fried sausages (the inside was completely pureed except for the occasional piece of something unidentifiable) The hamburger was average but served in really bad bread and the chips arrived cold. Finally, given that it is a place frequented by many families with children (on Saturday apart from one table there were all tables with children) I would recommend providing a menu for the little ones too.
