Muffin Break Redditch

This used to be a great cafe, it's gone badly down hill with the new owners. Meant to get a free muffin on your birthday, used to let you pick any, now they only let you have the basic ones.

Always come with my children or my mum. Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much to ask! Lovely selection of food and drink. Plenty of space to sit down and rest whilst shopping and my children will only go here when we are up town.

Disgusting service received today. Had won a gift voucher at a recent charity event and it was refused at the till despite being signed. Counter half empty, staff can't understand you and coffee luke warm. Please bring back previous staff who provided an enjoyable experience. View menu

My daughter and I visit here regularly when we go to the kingfisher she is addicted to the biscoff milkshake and i the cookies and cream the flavours varies depending on which staff make it adding extra touches can't beat the flavours off the various muffins gorgeous just annoying you can only use the reward card for food and hot drinks NOT cold drinks

Great little place in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre, order at the counter any food, you get given a number (remember it) they'll call it out when it's ready, take you cutlery drinks etc with you and wait for the call, Oh yeah muffins Cookies to die for special cookie chocolate overload. service was good place was smart and tidy high chairs available too.

Muffin break Redditch has always been a friendly place to go for coffee and lunch but recently it has gone downhill . All the friendly helpful staff seemed to have disappeared and been replaced and not the friendly happy place it was . Disgusting.. The Man serving is The most unhygienic and Rudest, watch him wiping the cutleries with his own Apron, scraped the tray using knife, then same knife that he left on our tray for us to use .. When i told him what he did, he was denying it..he told me and my dauhter to go somewhere else. Plates, knives, saucers are all Stainy and looks like it hasnt been washed at all.. This used to be one of the best Cafe in Kingfisher. Now, dont bother. .

We popped in for coffee and cakes this morning and they have been busy making improvements during lockdown. The cafe has also doubled in size. There is also the same wide selection of cakes and snacks mostly prepared in the kitchen and visible to customers. The coffee here is good, especially the flat white which is my favourite. We have always received a warm welcome and great service from the owner and staff, many of whom have been here a long time.

Me and my sister visit muffin break a couple of times a month for lunch. We used to find it so Convenient whilst having a baby to feed also as there is plenty of space for the pram. We had noticed changes over the last few months to quality of food staff overall service. Yesterday I had gone for lunch and ordered a sandwich, coffee and cake. A lady who was pleasant took my order, as I was going to pay I asked for my blue light card discount to be added which is on my phone. A rude man on the coffee machine shouted over saying sorry I need to see the card in person. I explained it is a card on the app and that it has the same name as my debit card.
