First time myself and my wife, visited here and the staff were very polite and attentive.food was prompt and delicious fair priced for the portion size cup or tea not catering cheap rubbish good quality. Recommend this place.

Terrible place to eat. My autistic daughter found a bone in her chicken fillet burger which we were still charged for. A chicken filled burger was one of the very few foods in life that she will eat but after this experience she will never eat them again. Will never be back.

Really disappointed with the service and food. Waiting about 15 minutes before anyone even asked what we wanted to order. Food came eventually and chicken was pink and parts were like rubber. Food was good but service was really poor. The main was brought before we received the starters and after waiting forever we had to get up to the bar to get desert cards and nobody even came down to take our desert orders. So while food was 4/5, service was 0 and cleanliness maybe okay but in the entrance had to dig your way through the flies

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant despite its good reviews. The food was cold and the steaks were cooked incorrectly. The children's food was forgotten and we were charged for a side order we never received. When I mentioned the food was not good, there was no offer of a replacement or even a complimentary drink. The staff were not helpful and I will not be returning unless I receive an apology from the manager.

I ordered the Irishman's steak, which was faultless, and the chicken dishes at our table were satisfactory. However, the spaghetti bolognese was a bit too salty. The service was good, and the portion sizes were generous as usual. I recommend focusing on improving the main dishes and reducing the side orders. On the other hand, the desserts were delicious, and the Irish Coffees and Coffee Royales were enjoyed by all. We arrived at the restaurant around 7:30 to 8pm and left at 11:30pm, without feeling rushed to leave, which was appreciated. We arrived for dinner and where seated quickly. Ordered drinks and then food. We waited over half an hour for our starters and there was only two of us. Starters came out which we both thought was nice then we waited another 25 minutes for our mains we both ordered steaks well done (I’ll let the photo speak for itself) My partners steak was not well done and mines had no taste to it. Really disappointed with the food as anytime we have been before it’s always been first class. My partner did eat the steak although it wasn’t well done as he didn’t want to wait for it to be took back in to be cooked correctly. My group of 4 visited this restaurant for a New Year's Day meal. We arrived around 7pm and it seemed like the place was just emptying out. We ordered drinks and the young waitress was nice enough to go to the local shop to get me milk. However, the two girls in our group ordered strawberry daiquiris but they were not provided with straws to drink it with. We waited a while for our main dishes to arrive, and when they did, they were disappointing. The steaks we ordered were small in size and had excessive fat on the side. As the title shows, firstly I must accept and make known the fact that we did not bring any of the following up with staff as we had our meal we could not bring ourselves to, not even though we 're both seasoned professionals in the industry out of embarrassment for what was served.
