Staffs where so helpful and went out of their way to give me directions to the restaurant. Even when it was past their closing time, they waited for me to pick up my hot sizzling peri peri chicken and wings. It was a delight to my friend who was visiting. Overall, I really enjoy this Nando's. The chefs at the grill clearly know what they're doing; the chicken comes out perfectly charred and crispy, never pale and undercooked. The service is impressively quick, especially considering how busy they are. However, I have to address the queuing system. How is it that your queue management was more efficient during COVID than it is now? I don't mind waiting, but if you tell me it will take 40 minutes, I should be able to leave and return instead of being herded like cattle behind barriers. Please go back to the old system; it just made more sense. Overall, I rate the food a 5, service a 3, and the atmosphere a 5.

We stopped by Nando 's, and as always, we had to endure the foodie queue, which can take quite some time while waiting for a table to free up. However, this queuing experience was quite different, and once we were called for our table, I actually felt a bit annoyed that we had to leave so soon.
