"Stopped off at No. 56 during a bike ride and the staff were welcoming and accommodating allowing us to leave our bikes in the rear garden. I would definitely eat at No. 56 again and would recommend it to fellow cyclists looking for a mid ride cafe. Some cafes can be less than welcoming when cyclists turn up, especially when they've just been caught in a heavy downpour, but the staff were brilliant and happily refilled our water bottles too. Food and coffee was excellent perfect fuel for the long ride. I went for an open sandwich, which was tasty and plentiful, followed by a lovely slice of cherry, coconut and mango flapjack."

Always gr8 coffee and choice of food! Lovely, interesting interior with gifts to buy. Great secluded outdoor area at back during worm weather!

No 56 is a little gem. I decided to stay for lunch simply because the home cooked food prepared on site by the chef Andy looked amazing. Reasonably good choice and reasonably priced . Service was excellent. I couldn’t fault it in anyway.

No.56 is a cosy coffee shop on Kibworth high street. There is always a wide selection of cakes and pastries on offer, and the drinks (especially the hot chocolate! are all piping hot. There is plenty of seating available, along with a small gift shop near the entrance. View menu

Eaten here a couple of times in the last few months. The place is really relaxed and they’re always really friendly. My little one loves the sausage rolls and the muffins are lovely. Three of us had soup today which tasted beautiful but could’ve been hotter. Won’t put me off returning so hopefully it’ll be warmer next time.

Stopped off randomly whilst driving around Leicestershire, thought it was a craft workshop place to start with, but went inside and were welcomed by the staff. They were all very friendly and polite and the food was homey, simple and freshly made, and didn't last long enough to take a photo! Looking forward to taking family back tomorrow!

A great asset to the village.the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and the staff really make you feel at home. The food is all freshly prepared, home cooked and delicious. In addition there are beautiful gifts to buy, which all are out of the ordinary and unique. To top things off, No 56 hosts a variety of arts and craft courses during the day and evening. The ones I’ve been on have all been great fun and professionally run. View menu

Love to visit independent coffee shops in the area. 56 has a great range of locally produced gifts and homeware, nice decor and welcoming staff. Could do with some background music to create more of an atmosphere? Ordered a flat white for me and my sister had a soft drink, came to £5.60, thought that was very expensive for a coffee and a canned drink! Flat white was just wrong, looked and tasted more like an americano! Quite disappointing. Would have sent it back but only called in for a quick coffee!

A lovely cafe that is bigger than it looks, there is seating all the way to the back of the building plus a small yard for warmer days. Really interesting craft items to buy too. We enjoyed homemade soup today which was delicious, this is not served with any bread; you need to pay extra for this. Our coffee was good and the cake on offer looked good too, only downside was that they were displayed on the counter top and were uncovered so we didn’t have any. Not the best way to display cakes especially in the winter with all the coughs about.
