"I come in here now and again for salads and food to takeaway. The lady at the salad counter who is dark haired (there is a younger girl sometimes who is great) is so rude that if I see her I don't bother going in. It's weird but if you look posh she is all smiles, but for myself and my female friend she is just plain rude and unhelpful. Shame as the food here is great, and the young lad is also very good."

Very small eating area but you can usually find a table. Lovely soups. sandwiches and cakes and wonderful cheese scones... how do they make them so tasty?

We were looking for a late lunch and found ourselves in Kings Lynn. We were on the point of giving up on finding anything even slightly different when we happened upon Norbury's.

Very crowded and tightly organised, but must say that they have almost everything for a grocery shop. Competitive prices to Aldi and much much lesser than Tesco. Good car parking space.

Not only excellent coffee, very good sandwiches (nearly a meal in themselves, and all you'd expect, wonderful extra large free-range hen's eggs. I've been buying them weekly for ages, wonderful flavour, wonderful yolk colour. Haven't led the quails' or duck eggs yet, but may get round to them. Fresh deliveries of eggs on Friday

I often visit this establishment. It is tucked away on Tower Street, but is usually busy for both bakery and cafe. The display of cakes and bread on arrival is so temting, and the portions are good. They also sell other items like eggs and preserves. The cafe is small, the service can be a bit hit and miss but the food is worth it. It smells lovely in there and the quality of the meals is very good.

"My wife and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday. We chose Titchwell Manor due to its location on the A149. From here we can catch the Coasthopper up or down the coast. The bus stops are 100 metres outside the hotel. We were greeted in the car park and shown to our room behind the hotel. We had Basil number 21. It is a large comfortable room, with walk in shower and the fluffiest towels we have ever had. The room was very well heated and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was served from a civilised 8am. The plate of fresh fruit was really good. If you choose to have you eggs poached they will be the most perfect you will ever have with their lovely orange yokes. The rest of the components were equally good and served with leaf tea or great coffee. The bars each had a lovely roaring log fire, where we enjoyed a drink before our meal. The menu choices we made were ham hock, brioche piccalilli and burnt apple purée followed by venison, Jerusalem artichoke and rainbow kale. The other choice was marinated beetroot, basil pesto and goats cheese cream followed by salt baked celeriac, sage and onion with crispy kale. Both meals were outstanding. The venison was very tender and the celeriac was outstanding. On the basis of this dish, a very under stated vegetable. Service was very good and served at a speed we dictated without the continual pestering we have experienced elsewhere. We will definitely come back here as the whole stay was a great experience."
