Stunning little fish restaurant Superb cooked food we had the monkfish it was to die for. Atmosphere was nice, staff were super friendly portion sizes were good what more can I say. 5* from us.

Outstanding in every way. MAKE A RESERVATION WELL IN ADVANCE. It is worth the drive....I can't express how good the food and service were. Very small and intimate right on the water. Bring a large appetite!

Fantastic food and friendly service. Easily our best meal during our entire trip to Harris. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Didn’t get photos of the desserts as they were so tasty we ate them too quickly.

The best place to eat seafood in Scotland in my opinion. Make no mistake this place is a seafood restaurant but it also caters to the non fish eaters. Booking is necessary as there were no empty tables when we were there.

Unquestionably the best meal I have had in my entire life. The seafood chowder was practically a meal by itself. The presentation was incredible all-throughout. Every dish was well balanced in flavour and texture. You will not find better seafood anywhere in all of Scotland.

A magnificent meal from George, again, and a superb welcome from the team, again. I had the signature monkfish with curry sauce, both puddings were magnificent and all the vegetarian dishes for my vegetarian partner were stupendous. This is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. We will certainly be back.

A fantastic meal and beautifully presented. We visited in April shortly after they had re opened . The food was some of the best I have ever had. The presentation was lovely but the taste was sublime. The staff were really friendly and made the whole experience really nice. If I lived locally I would make this a regular.

Love this place. Discovered it in 2022 when looking for somewhere to go with our puppy. He’s now been three times. We loved it so much we went back a second time the same week in ‘22. We immediately booked to go back when returning in summer 23. 2 lunches and one dinner so far. The food is close to Michelin star level for me. Loved it. Well worth venturing along the road to Scalpay to find. A scenic drive to boot.

I came here based on a recommendation, and they were absolutely right! Located in a modest spot in the harbor, you are seated with a view overlooking the water, a peek into the kitchen, and a chef who is clearly experienced and passionate. The service was impeccable: friendly, conversational, and genuinely attentive despite being full and busy. The food was exquisite, well-planned, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed Cullen skink and seafood plate as starters, and Venison and Halibut for mains... it was just perfect.
