"The bar isn't very large, but it offers ample seating, is cozy, and has a distinct aesthetic that creates a welcoming atmosphere—I felt right at home. We stopped by on a Friday night and were surprised to find it relatively quiet, though they were doing their best to entertain the roughly 15 customers with a laid-back DJ set accompanying the pizzas and cocktails. The music wasn't too loud, allowing for conversation, and the DJ primarily played 90s Britpop while intermittently mingling with the patrons. He seemed like a friendly guy who genuinely wanted everyone to enjoy themselves. We decided to order a couple of pizzas. I went for the Breakfast at Eisenberg's, which featured ham, mushrooms, and pepperoni, while my partner chose a Margherita with added ham. We discovered that the 9-inch and 12-inch pizzas are two for the price of one when you dine in, while they also offer 16-inch pizzas for delivery. We ended up ordering two pizzas and two pints for just £20. The pizza crusts were thin and crispy, and the toppings were quite tasty. The only downside? I could have easily eaten another half pizza! Perhaps I was hungrier than I realized, but it made me think that North Star might be a better spot for lunch rather than dinner (though I will definitely be back for cocktails)."

I had a fantastic meal today, April 6, 2022. I enjoyed a pepperoni and chicken pizza, as well as a goat cheese red plank pizza. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. It was a wonderful value for the money. View menu

After a long journey, we arrived and the staff could not have been more accommodating for our family. They welcomed us warmly despite our late arrival with three hungry children. The pizzas were delicious, and the team was friendly and wonderful. Thank you very much!

I had a wonderful experience at this charming retro-style Italian restaurant that serves excellent pizza. It's conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the wine library and the fantastic Falkirk Blues Club. The staff at Rialto were very friendly and helpful, making the visit even more enjoyable. It's a great spot for pizza lovers! View menu

always went past this place and wondered how good it was. today, after he had tried the new place above the road, but there were no tables. I'm really glad we did that, eating was excellent. fresh pizza and a massive leaf pommes. really nice staff and quirky space with placats and cool things to read at the walls. we will definitely be back, the best place I have found so far in falkirk for pizza!

I had a lovely afternoon visiting Falkirk when I stumbled across the North Star. Visiting with friends, we enjoyed great pizza and great pints. We were served by the very kind Colin, who also chatted to us for a long time while our food was being prepared. Colin kindly brought out some samples of the local craft beer which we really enjoyed! I would highly recommend a visit to the North Star, the location is excellent, right in the centre of Falkirk, the food is top class and the service is second to none

"Horrendous attitude from one of the owners/family helpers called Lee. I would like to highlight that Sonia provided a professional customer service experience in comparison to Lee. Placed the order at arrived at When I called at to find out...what was happening, Sonia offered to phone the driver to find out the situation for me, which was good. Whilst waiting on Sonia phoning me back, I received a call from Lee asking me to tell her what the problem was, I explained her colleague was dealing with it she then went on to explain how busy they are, which is understandable and I understand the challenges businesses have at the moment, owning my own. But there was no apology. In fact Lee (who at this point I did not know was the owner/family helper until Sonia told me) went on to tell me it was my fault I ordered from Just eat as they had their own orders to fill first?? Eh hello? It doesn't matter how I place my order, I chose your business to order my dinner from!. Anyway I explained to her that I didn't like her tone of voice and felt she was being really aggressive with me. She asked me if I wanted to cancel my order,I said we have been waiting two hours, so we may as well wait, however she was very forceful and kept saying no I will cancel, I will cancel and then decided to put the phone down on me. I couldn't believe how I had been treated as a customer! Then Sonia kindly phoned back to apologise and I asked whoever that was, should not be in a customer role and I was shocked to be spoken to in that way. She then went on to inform me Lee is the owner/family helper! Shocking. Sonia asked for my details and explained she would let the other owner know what had happened. hours later, I've not heard a peep from the restaurant. So I've made the decision to leave a review after explaining to them, this is what I would do. After waiting over and a half hours and using them for the first time, the food was below average. The pakoras and rice was nice, however the chicken korma was inedible, it was stringy and chewy, the lamb bhuna sauce was nice, the lamb was fatty and chewy. So all that wait for pakora and rice and sauce. We won't be back! Horrendous way to speak and treat customers!"
