many local and seasonal ingredients and very vegan-ready zero drop rate. they receive a selection of three appetizers, three main and three desserts, which change like the seasons. the staff is super friendly and the dishes are excellent with respect to zürich.

we were there at midday and the way that food is served is quite peculiar: they get some of the ingredients on the side and they can decide that they don't want the coriander in their eating. the lunch menu is served with a vegan dessert. the curry was very good, while the hamham is probably also good, but personally I liked the (too smoked aubergin taste too much. reduced menu at midday, but vegan options guaranteed. edit: now fully vegan but not vietnamese anymore. only offers an option at midday, which in our case ground mais and well made. to avoid food waste, they serve small portions with the option to supplement, which is okay, but the supplement was on the small side, also. updated b...
