"Born and raised Vietnamese, unfortunately this restaurant has not passed the bar for me. I ordered the tasting appertizers combo option, a beef pho, and pork vermicelli. The appetizers were the only dish that were acceptable with some banh cuon (steamed rolls), egg rolls, and banh khot. The different sauces come with these appertizers were a small plus. Beside those appetizers, the pho flavor was not authentic, the broth is very mild, and the noodle itself was also a no. The pork in the pork vermicelli was hard to chew and its flavor has a strong hint of lemongrass. Although the only plus side of this restaurant is their extremely friendly, patient and helpful staffs."

Both on Maps and on the sign it says open on Sundays for lunch. We went yesterday 02/25/24 for lunch and found it closed without any warning.

I wish I could’ve added pictures, but we scarfed this meal down so quick I didn’t have the chance. The hostess, Nam, sat us down immediately despite us not having a reservation he was very sweet about it. Inside, you’ll be in a clean space with great music. I tried the Pho and my friend tried the Crepe, both were amazing. Katherine, our server, taught us how to eat our appetizers in order to get the full experience. She was SO polite. If you’re staying at the Funny Place Hostel, I’d recommend walking across the street trying a different kind of “noodle/spaghetti” in Italy! Elegant and well-kept location. Well-executed Vietnamese cuisine, excellent fried rolls with sweet and sour sauce as an appetizer. The main courses were instead a traditional dish in broth, with beef and carrots, slightly disappointing for my personal taste, as it was closer to our Western tastes, while the pho with pork skewers was simply extraordinary, I savored the flavors again and Cambodian and Vietnamese aromas. The two good desserts, especially the soy and sesame pancakes. We spent 53 euros for these dishes and water for two people, more than correct. Mention for the attentive and extremely prepared and professional service. Compliments!

"resist? It's not possible! When the menu shows you the maximum, when you realize how it follows the seasons by adapting to them, when the only thing that remains unchanged is the quality and freshness of raw materials, when the dishes of the day are listed, in addition, you are taken by a great embarrassment: that of having to make choices, giving up something that had strongly tempted you! But if you want to see it on the only right side, it's a good excuse to be able to come back! Always of effect the choreographic sailing filled with crudité, where you have the way to swallow flavors and scents of the sea!And hot appetizers? each served individually and with judicious space between one course and the other; there is the six and the ten, each modulable according to their own needs. Given the seasonality, wide noodles, I would say almost pappardelle, they created a perfect symbiosis, with a sole and with artichokes at the judice. But, in my opinion, obviously in addition to the quality of the raw materials and to all the care towards the customer, the most striking is the perfectly harmonious combination of different components that, sometimes by taste, sometimes by color, go to constitute a balance that was difficult to imagine before. The choice of wines and distillates is very well maintained. Excellent a bitter made of china, customized for the local. The desire to fulfill next time? A sumptuous fish soup!Maximum addition: Just let me know a couple of days before you attach 23 photos."
