"The standard (and only) dish on the menu was removed, with no vegan option anymore. Upon our explicit request a meal was prepared, which was very friendly of them, and we must say it was very tasty, even if it only consisted of sautéed potatoes and mixed vegetables with no protein ingredients (like beans lentils or a burger). We stayed in the hotel for 1 night and breakfast was to cry about. There were no vegan options and the staff did not know the ingredients of what was served, leaving us with only fruit and coffee. The fruit had gone bad. There was oat milk for the coffee but we left hungry."

A really great restaurant. The hotel and restaurant was rebuilt from an old cowshed. The Speißekarte really offers everything the heart desires. There are even small breads that can be coated with a homemade cream and various salts for the preliminary bite. From Steak to local delicacies there is really everything. I would advise anyone who plans a business dinner or a big celebration to make this there!!!
