The restaurant was outstanding! The staff were extremely friendly and well-informed about our inquiries. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

This really is my favourite restaurant: food, atmosphere and service is always amazing every single time I go. Our host Say was amazing and it felt like a private dining experience. Can’t wait to be back again.

tischservice was not great, and she was on a 12.5% service fee on the whole bill, due to the poor service I asked to be removed, would not recommend as eating was very average and service was bad, would not recommend View menu

really disappointed with the service, the staff and food were excellent but the restaurant was empty and we had to way far too long for our food, think they are too busy with deliver and not focusing on there customers in house.

The waitress who attended to us at the restaurant was delightful, and the food was absolutely fantastic. However, there was no one at the front desk to welcome us when we arrived, and the bartender was not very friendly. The lighting was quite bright, and I believe it could be adjusted to create a more romantic and cozy atmosphere in the evening.

Very slow service took half an hour to get drinks after ordering and 1hr 15 mins to get starters and over 2 hours to get mains. 2 mains came out and the 3rd didn’t come until 10 minutes later so food had gone cold by the time we ate. There were noodles and red onion slices dropped all over the floor under our table. Very expensive and definitely not worth the money. View menu

we were looking for a family dinner after our daughter's graduation. oisoi proved to be ideal as we were a mixed bundle in terms of nutritional needs (including vegetarian, vegan, milk allergy). there was an extensive menu. the food was nicely served and delicious. the staff was very helpful and we did not feel rushed in any way. pleasant subdued jazz background music, not intrusive at all, and comfortable tasteful decoration. would like to visit again if in sheffield.

beautiful restaurant, once we have worked out how to get in! they have to go into a lobby, an escalator and over a super market entrance, and the signage is not immediately obvious, but as soon as they are there it is a beautiful space. the food was excellent, tasty presented with a light touch and very attractive. portion sizes were good for us to eat a lot without it felt overwhelming, the service was great, attentive, without being intrusive, taken with orders, brought drinks and tables immediately deleted. in any case, I would go back.

To make matters worse, they only had one type of bottled lager available, and when we tried to order a second round of drinks at 7:45, we were informed there were only four bottles left. By 8pm on a Saturday night, they were out of lager! Had we known this before we ordered our food, we would have left right then. We requested a whole duck, but were told they only had portions available. We agreed to take five portions, and the waitress confirmed our entire order correctly. While the starters were decent, when the duck arrived, it lacked the accompanying pancakes and was more like half a duck. When we questioned this, the waitress informed us that was all they had left, and it was practical... View menu
