"simple and genuine wedding to choose the smart as a place for our wedding was the best choice we could make! the answer to our contact mail arrived in a very short time, with already attached a proposal of menu suitable for the chosen period. we immediately realized that behind some lines there were so much passion and professionalism! "I learned about this location from my (now Italian husband's family, who are from a small town nearby. They had attended another family member's wedding here and raved about the view, food and service. It turned out to be the perfect venue for our wedding. Davide, the manager, is incredibly professional and responsive (especially via phone and internet as we were planning our wedding from the U.S. . Everything turned out better than myself and my husband expected both the American and Italian guests raved about the food (incredible appetizer buffet, delicious cuts of meat, incredible presentation of desserts, etc. . We also ate here for lunch several times before and after the wedding and were incredibly pleased with the flavor and quality of the food. Arqua' Petrarca named for Francesco Petrarca, a renaissance poet who wrote often about love and romance and this area definitely lives up to it's name (it was named one of the 100 most beautiful areas in Italy . Nestled amongst rolling hills lined with vineyards, the Canzoniere offers beautiful views and an amazing outdoor terrace space where we had our appetizers, desserts and dancing. Conveniently, there is also an attached hotel, Villa del Poeta, where our guests stayed for 3 days. We were able to work with Davide and local businesses to coordinate a vineyard tour, a trip to the Terme (hot springs , and a delicious pizza rehearsal dinner. I would highly recommend this area and restaurant to anyone looking to plan a wedding or just planning a romantic trip to a place that is not yet overcrowded by tourists in Italy."

"Ottima ospitalità!Antipasto tagliere davvero gustoso: con salumi tipici.Primi particolari che ci hanno deliziato.Il tutto annaffiato con un Cabernet della casa: un vero nettare.Abbiamo festeggiato in nostro anniversario di matrimonio con una passeggiata nel paese del grande poeta Petrarca e pranzato in un luogo tipico e accogliente.Fate lo stesso, se volete un bel ricordo del vostro anniversario..."

"While charging our car close by, we decided to check out Il blue for lunch. At first glance standing outside it seemed closed, but a receptionist came out to greet us, asking if she could be of assistance. We told her, that we were looking for a place to have lunch. She told us that they had not open yet, but she would ask the kitchen if they could open sooner. They could. The restaurant/hotel was beautiful and very stylish and the service excellent. The menu card was a nice blend of starters, seafood, pasta and antipasto and desserts. All our dishes was superb, tasted fantastic and the prices fair. We will return!"

"Abbiamo provato questo locale incuriositi dalle recensioni positive... Locale elegante, moderno e intimo Ottima pulizia Personale cortese e gentile, parlando con il titolare sembra di conoscerlo da una vita, anche lui molto simpatico e alla mano Ma parliamo della cosa fondamentale:I piatti Primo piatto strepitoso io ho preso dei gnocchi con capesante e zucchini Gnocchi fatti in casa, capesante a mio parere fresche, e zucchini croccanti Presentazione molto bella, serviti su due gusci di capasanta Il mio ragazzo invece ha gradito la pizza, il fritto e le patatine erano fatti con olio pulito e si vedeva,il fritto era tenerissimo e fresco Unica pecca i gamberi nel fritto erano con il guscio ma va beh nulla di grave E per finire i dolci Beh che dire muss di cioccolato e panna strepitosa! Come prezzi sono molto abbordabili contando che abbiamo mangiato pesce, Un altra pecca è il parcheggio molto piccolo Ma mi sa che ci torneremo di sicuro, sembra di essere a casa propria, Continuate così! Consigliatissimo!!!"
