"The first time I entered the tavern I immediately felt at home, the place is very simple, but extremely refined in its expression! The staff is very knowledgeable, Livio and Silvia (the owner) know how to recommend excellent wines, (extraordinary labels from local and non-local producers) perfectly paired with the food chosen, but above all capable of satisfying personal taste. The food is of excellent quality, I dare say excellent, not only for the raw materials, but also for the cooking and seasoning, never heavy. I have eaten at Silvia's several times, and I have always been fully satisfied from the starter to the dessert, from the wine to the digestive, the raw ham, the cheeses, the first courses (homemade pasta) the meat produced locally from non-intensive farming, the poultry (turkey and chicken) fed on milk and honey also from a local company, the strictly homemade desserts, with the tiramisu which is practically a masterpiece, in short, it is truly a journey in search of good healthy food, performed with great skill while also respecting tradition."

Frequentiamo da qualche anno quest’osteria gestita splendidamente da Silvia piatti sempre gustosi e Buona scelta di vini possibilità di mangiare sia all’interno che all’esterno adesso in uno bel dehor rinnovato. Consigliato!

Buona cucina, locali semplici ma puliti, prezzi in linea con la zona. Pecca: troppa attesa nel servizio. Spiace per i camerieri. P.S. Parere personale: valorizzate di piu il grana padano, piuttosto che il parmigiano (nn é zona sua)!

posto incantevole e mangiato molto bene! Dobbiamo complimentarci con la cameriera che ci ha servito perché era fantastica e super bella! Ci è piaciuto molto! locale abbastanza intimo e imbottito con disegni e scritti, molto bello! consigliato assolutamente, tutto il cibo buono e genuino.

On a rainy November afternoon, we wandered into Osteria Nova late and even though we were the only people there, we were welcomed warmly. Nicely priced prosecco. My partner had fresh tagliatelle with duck ragu, while I had the softest, fluffiest gnocchi with sausage and mushrooms. We both had meatballs for our main, which were delicious both fried and in sauce. Then coffee and their own biscuits. We got to see the waitress feed their little neighborhood cat. It's the relaxed but charming neighborhood place with handmade food and attentive service. Some of our happiest memories of a long pranzo in Italy.
