"Local very nice and nice, kind staff, while being in a small resort is very well structured and I decided to do this review because around you don't often find the possibility to eat a good pizza! But they are very digestible and have a huge choice of dressings! To try absolutely also the supplied, homemade and seasoned in different ways, all very attractive. Price ratio average! "In the medieval village of Soriano, you still find cuisine with the warmth and flavors of home. The Trattoria da Gigi , admirably managed by his family, offers traditional dishes, respecting the seasonality of local products. The environment is simple and friendly. We preferred the pappardelle and the leaves, seasoned with white pork ragù. A portion of lasagna with ragù and pecorino was even freshly prepared, for a diner who was intolerant to dairy products. Gigi, Renata and Paolo, with a great passion for good food, paid us attention that is not expected today. An experience absolutely worth trying."
