Enjoyed a delicious Affogato in this friendly cafe. There is always a warm welcome here, the ice creams are home made in a variety of flavours all very tasty. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

If you want the best home made ice cream in Wales you cannot beat Palas, the ice cream is fantastic we all love having an ice cream at Palas its a lovely treat great value and a big scoup!

We always visit this ice cream shop when in the town and we weren’t disappointed, my husband and son had vanilla I had the mango and passion fruit omg what a revelation it was gorgeous and I’m usually a chocolate ice cream girl staff were attentive and friendly as always yay x View menu

This ice cream shop is located right opposite Caenarfon Castle. The ice cream is handmade from local milk and cream and is simply divine! We had waffle cones of mango and passionfruit and New York cheesecake. A real experience. I wish we lived closer so that we could enjoy their ice cream on a regular basis.

This lovely cafe is a wonderful find .My friend and I had a double cone of vanilla and chocolate ice cream .I have to say this is the tastiest ice cream I have ever had .The portion was very generous .The staff are so friendly too .We will be returning here on a regular basis .A must place to visit when you are in Caernarfon.

Ended up here after going to another ice cream shop down the road and noticing the very small portion sizes whilst waiting in the queue. It was a good job as the Palas Caffi ice cream was beautiful. Our group had strawberry, cookies and cream and biscoff flavours and they were all very tasty and decent sized portions. The ladies serving behind the counter were very pleasant. View menu

We popped in here just as they were closing. It's opposite the castle, which usually means you are partly paying for location and don't get much for your money. How wrong I was! The ice cream is handmade everyday, the portions are the most generous I've ever seen on a cone, and the ice cream itself was really delicious. The ladies serving were also lovely. Highly recommended!

we decided to try out the place, as there was always a long distance ahead. we were not disappointed. they have freshly prepared ice in the number of aromes. we ordered pistachio and butternut coffee in a chocolate waffelkonus. yummy! the ice was not sweet at all and it was full of taste and fresh. also their sizes were huge. will definitely try again when we visit wales again.

Called in for Ice cream on our way to the castle and so glad we did. The ice cream in here is made on site!! Brilliant and fresh every day. I had chocolate and coconut bounty and hubby had pistachio and mango/passion fruit. The scoops were very generous and the price very reasonable. Some of the best ice cream we've ever had. Also did a large variety of sundress at reasonable prices. Would definitely visit again. View menu
