"Simone's passion for food is evident; you can see the spark in his eyes as he discusses the quality of ingredients and the cooking process. He is humble and makes everyone feel very comfortable. He and his team guided us in shaping the pasta, ensuring we created a delicious dish using our own product. We also enjoyed a glass of prosecco while making the pasta, and we had the choice of wine or beer for lunch. They even gave us their branded aprons to take home as a memento—what a thoughtful gesture! As an Italian, I'm quite discerning when it comes to food and traditional Italian recipes, but I can confirm that Simone taught us the authentic Roman carbonara recipe. The experience was worth every penny, and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends! Thank you, Simone and your team, for providing us with such an incredible experience!"

Had festive set menu. Love the Bruschetta, absolutely adored the Truffle and mushroom ravioli and my daughter really enjoyed her tagliatelle Bolognese. Nice atmosphere although music a little loud. Friendly and efficient service. Had prawns for a starter and didn't realise they were still in the shell so were difficult to eat (would be good to be clearer on the menu). Carbonara and tiramisu were excellent. Would visit again.
