"Wir wollten eine Weihnachtsfeier hier abhalten und hatten reserviert. Ohne es mit uns abgesprochen zu haben, wurde uns einfach eine vorgefertigte Menükarte vorgelegt, was prinzipiell kein Problem ist, aber dann hätte man es auch im Vorfeld absprechen können. Auf der Menükarte wurden dann keine gängigen Essen angeboten, wie Pizza oder Pasta, sondern Octopus, Garnelen oder Kalbsfilet. Dies war nicht einmal kindgerecht, da auch Kinder dabei waren. Auch die Vorspeisen waren mit im Schnitt für 20.00 sehr überteuert gewesen. Der Besitzer hat absolut nicht mit sich reden lassen, dass man zumindest Pizza oder Schnitzel hätte bestellen können, vor allem der Kinder wegen. Aber da blieb er leider erstmal stur. Dies ist eine unverschämte Abzocke und nicht sehr Kundenorientiert. Wir waren eine grosse Gruppe und sind immer gerne hergekommen. Aber nach diesem Tag werden wir das Restaurant meiden. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht. Nachdem er sich dann doch dazu entschlossen hatte, dass wir zumindest Schnitzel oder Pizzen bestellen durften gegen einen Aufpreis von 1,50/Gericht, bekamen wir unterschiedlich in Abständen von 20~30 Min unsere Essen und wir haben überwiegend Pizza bestellt. Und die Kinder waren zuletzt dran und mussten uns beim Essen zuschauen und waren schon halb am verhungern gewesen. Sowas geht gar nicht. So behandelt man keine Gäste!
