The food was excellent and in particular the bbq spare. This is my first order and was suitably impressed with the whole experience. Christmas Eve and delivery was 50 minutes (to be expected at this time of year) food was hot and delivery driver was very pleasant

Was recommended this but it must have been a bad night! Beef (if it was) was tough so couldn’t eat it. Pork bit fatty but tender. Sesame bread was overdone and greasy. Rest of meal ok but not hot. Bonus was free popadoms but doesn’t make up for over £25 spent on horrible meal. View menu

Ordered over the phone as we have a number of food allergies within the family. The lady who took our order was incredibly helpful and understanding, taking the time to double-check our requirements and our order. Food arrived on time and piping hot. Every dish was a good portion size and a pleasure to eat. The second time we ordered from here, one dish had onion in it (which we had specifically asked not to have) but when we phoned to tell them, the lady went out of her way to apologise and rectify the matter. You couldn't ask for better customer service!

It’s a bold claim to call your takeaway ‘Perfect Food’. We’ve never really found a Chinese takeaway that ticks most of the boxes...until tonight. We’ve walked past this place countless times on the way into town. To be honest, it does look a bit shabby from the outside and finds itself situated next to a ‘Private Shop’... However, more fool us for passing on by. We tried their food tonight and were wholeheartedly impressed. The dishes we had were flavoursome, generous (how many chicken balls??? and lacking the grease that accompanies so many takeaways. We’ll be back...next weekend probably...

I fount this take-away on the net from local reviews, when I got to outside, I had to stop and think, it looks like a take-away from the 70's. But I chanced my luck, and went in, the people were very pleasant, obiding by good covid safety rules. The menu was good and varied, and the smells coming from the kitchen were glorious. My meal arrived, and I went to the car, first surprise, the prawn crackers were warm, and very tasty, but the best surprise was yet to come, the food was AWESOME !, very tasty, not a couple of pieces of meat/whatever bulked out with veg, but a good balance, you could taste all the flavours. My son and daughter-in-law came around and wanted us to have a takeaway. We finally decided to have a Perfect Food Chinese meal on their recommendation. We ordered up a substantial meal including half a Crispy Aromatic duck with pan cakes. We had so many dishes that all of us were absolutely stuffed by the time we had finished. We had lots left over which my wife and I had the next day. The food was literally superb and of the highest quality. We waited approx. 45 minutes for our delivery and as soon as it arrived we had the duck and placed all the rest into our oven to keep hot. We would certainly use them again as what we ordered was excellent. Thank You we will be using you again soon.

We ordered up yet again another simply superb takeaway from here with a home delivery. As there is only my wife and myself at home these days, we just ordered up a King Prawn Szechwan, Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls and one portion of Egg Fried Rice. The total cost for this meal, which has to be paid in cash when delivered, was £18:10 which we feel is brilliant value. The food always arrives promptly and is piping hot. My wife loves the crispy batter on the excellent Chicken Balls although she does struggle to eat even half of the bags contents. this must be the twentieth time we have had food delivered by Perfect Food. This time we ordered up, Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Lemon Chicken, Crispy Chilli Beef, Chicken Chow Mein, King Prawn Szechwan with two egg fried rice and one curry sauce total price £42:30 and included delivery. Every meal was superb and the four of us had a superb meal with very little left over. With the delivery they always give you a complimentary bag of Prawn Crackers which is very nice. When I phoned through the order they advised it could be 45 mins but in fact it arrived within 30 minutes and all the food was piping hot.
