"My Wife, Mother in law, Daughter and of course myself with my faithful companion, Didi dog. We had a totally lovely, light lunch. I had a sausage roll, my Wife a cheese scone, while Mother in law and Daughter shared a fruit scone an a cheese scone, the cheese cone came with a chille jam and a cream cheese and the fruit scone came with the traditional jam and cream. As for drinks my Daughter and I had a pot of Assam tea for two (proper leaf tea), my wife a. Espresso. Mother in law had a cappacino, all drinks were spot on, the tea was served with a pot, milk jug, tea cups and sugar or sweetener. The proprietors were very welcoming and opened the door for me (they saw I was disabled) Very friendly and attentive and politeness was to be top draw. I highly recommend Petals, if you are in the area, like visiting Sandringham, search the little cafe out, there is a handy car park to the side of the building. Oh! Before I go their menu is quite extensive."

The tea room is charming with friendly service and delicious food. The small car park is a great advantage, especially during the tourist season. I will definitely come back again. View menu

Stopped by for the most delicious afternoon tea. Charming little gift shop serving real tea on pretty china crockery. Everything was freshly made. Service was great and they love dogs! Parking around the back.

We stopped by Sandringham tea room, where we had a disappointing coffee in a paper cup before biking over to Petals. We enjoyed our tea served in elegant China cups while sitting outside. The orange and sage scone with marmalade was delicious. Overall, a fabulous experience. View menu

I booked in advance and got excellent communication from the owner about various food allergies and dietary requirements. The tearoom has a lovely atmosphere and is very welcoming to all visitors including 4 legged friends. The staff was very welcoming. We had an excellent high tea with a great gluten free selection. My daughter also enjoyed a lovely kids vegan version that was prepared with great care. Our dog enjoyed a lovely doggy ice cream and was offered water. Thank you for an all round lovely experience. Hopefully we can visit again some day when we are in the area.

We stumbled upon this café by chance on our way from Sandringham to Burnham Overy Staithe and we were pleasantly surprised. Housed in a former draper's store with a Victorian/Edwardian look, the owners have transformed it into a charming tea room. The décor is modern yet pays homage to a classic English tea room. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The food and drinks were superb and reasonably priced, with a delicious selection of cakes. I highly recommend the Apple Cranberry pie, which had a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. My wife enjoyed the Date and Almond tart, while our son loved the Coffee Walnut sponge. The menu also offered Afternoon Tea pac...

"We had pre-booked a table for 6 people to have lunch at 2:15pm. We arrived on time and were shown to the table, which had only been set for 4 people which meant we had to pull a further 2 chairs up to the table, and had to request a wine list. We ordered a round of drinks for the table which took c. 15 minutes to arrive. We were waiting a considerable amount of time for a food menu. Eventually we called a waiter over to order some food and were told that the kitchen we no longer serving, despite having booked a table for lunch and not being warned of the kitchen closing time. The staff told us to be quick in ordering however took a further 10 minutes to come and take the order. The food eventually came and the waitress didn 't even put the food at the correct place, she merely put them on the table for us to distribute accordingly. When the bill eventually came, we politely requested the *optional service charge was removed from the bill as we did not feel that we had received adequate service to warrant a tip, to which the manager began shouting that it as shocking that we wanted to rightfully remove the tip. He went on to say that the kitchen staff had stayed over time to prepare our food. My question to the owner is this... if your chefs are unwilling to work over their hours, why are you offering a reservation close to closing time whilst your staff are incapable of processing the orders to the kitchens in the correct timescale and working hours. If we were told that the kitchen were closing soon, we would have cooperated with the staff to help them work to their time scales."
