"To escape!!!! Restaurant simply deplorable... We go back to a more than dirty restaurant (fly flies that fly as well as an odour odour odour odour odour), no customer in the restaurant apart from the restaurateur's family, then we are forced to settle under the counter while the restaurant is completely empty! We therefore ask to settle at the table next to us knowing that the restaurant is not on reservation, the restorer answers us on a cereal tone No! How do I do if I have 6 people?! while just behind us there was a table for 6 people, moreover there is a strong feeling of discomfort when the cooks speak very loud. In view of the significant lack of respect that the server has to carry to me and my family I decided to imediatly leave the place, one can wonder if the food is at the height of their reception qualities so execrable. Avoid urgently!!!!"

The quality and quantity of the dishes have decreased well. At the last moment, the waiter tells us that he didn't take the card or the checks!

I ate pho and nem. There was no smell and it was delicious. The workers were not particularly friendly and there were many people. Next time, I think I should go to a time when there's not a lot of people.

A treat, a huge map of refined products including magical soups. We managed to get a table despite the line at the entrance. The phô, the bun bo hue, the harbour tripes, the nems, the spring roll etc... we were many of the table were loaded with delicious dish!!! A real map, a real know-how, the kitchen is fully mastered, it is a culinary journey. I met this hotel in 2016 during my professional trips and some I can go to Lyon I go. Thank you.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
