"Again, I must start by saying I came to this crêperie and didn't have crêpes despite the reviews! I was in the mood for one of my favourite French dishes, confit de canard, and this was the only restaurant I saw in Trouville that had it on the menu. And it was good. I did have a crêpe for dessert - La Trouvillaise - and it was good as well. What did strike me about the place was the number of French people obviously enjoying their crepes (ok, ok, I did stick out a bit eating duck), and the overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Go and try their crêpes. Salve my conscience...."

Very tasty crêpes and good cider to accompany them. During the summer months it is useful to make a reservation as it is pretty small and usually very busy.

We go here every time we visit Trouville sur mer. It is the best on the road by far. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is quietly charming, toilets are spotless too.

It was packed when we arrived (always a good sign), staff are friendly and the galettes are delicious. The place has great charm and apparently houses one of the oldest projector rooms in Trouville.

Stopped for lunch on our first day, well you have to have crepes in Normandy. Very tasty gallettes, some lovely cider and a salad. Delicious, and not expensive. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit. View menu

We went for lunch. A good amount of seating both inside and out. Very reasonably priced, mainly galettes and salads. About 9-13 euro for a galette, 14 euro for a salad. Food was quick and delicious and the service was prompt and friendly.

This is a friendly, quality restaurant. It has loads of French charm. The galettes are delicious (savory buckwheat crêpes) and their dessert crêpes feature house-made caramel sauce. Reasonably priced cidre completes your Brittany evening in Normandy!

The galettes, omelette and crepes are superb and the place is atmospheric during a lunchtime. The food is well-prepared - the pommes rissoles are to die for. It is impossible to sit inside and feel you could be anywhere other than in France. The staff are friendly and lunch left us with a warm glow on a foggy October lunchtime. View menu

I went here twice to eat and to be honest it was a favourite of the whole week. I ate Gallette, which I adore and really wasn't expensive at all. The second time I had the duck, but I felt it was a little tough and not a lot of meat on it. Their crepes though are gorgeous and their salads so large! Try the cassis sorbet...............to die for! Very friendly people - made me feel very welcome.

Went there with my wife, but no more place for a couple. The owner kindly proposed us if we could wait a bit, she would call us to let us know when there will be a free table. Having read other comments, we wanted to eat here so we accepted. We walked around for 15-20 minutes and came back to the place, and we got a call ! A lot of people are coming in family, often with small children. It is a very nice and cute place, and the galettes (black wheat crepes) were delicious ! The staff is very friendly and it is a cosy place. It is not expensive but they use good quality food.
