"During a holiday in Rome, you couldn't miss the famous Roman pinsa. Easily reachable on foot if you are in Galleria Borghese, a great place to enjoy a good pinsa. Informal and welcoming place, the guys are nice and helpful. There is place to sit both inside and outside, under cover. Very good pinsa, crunchy, generously stuffed and hot. Possibility of choosing between small or large format, they also offer various flavors and condiments, from classic ones to slightly more particular ones. The price is cheap, considering the quality of the products and the freshness of the ingredients. I suggest trying the Roman pinsa they make in this place!"

One of the best and most unexpected pizzas I’ve had in my life! Prosciutto, pepper, and sweet potato. Phenomenal. They have many interesting combinations on the menu and I’ll be back to try more. Best pizza place in Rome.

Nice place, friendly and attentive staff, fair prices, fantastic dough and quality products. Perfect amatriciana pinsa, delicious deviled cheese just a little too much mozzarella for my tastes All very enjoyable! An excellent reward after spending the morning wandering around Rome.

in general I took the pinsa with potatoes and sausage, I didn't like it very well, too much mozzarella, the potatoes looked like they were boiled, not baked, but the sausage was good. The location is very convenient, but has space mostly outside. They also offer an aperipizza, some slices of pinsa that they have there, with some fried food and a drink for €10 which is excellent!
