"I love the concept and the food that the place offers... but I swear I don't understand when I don't find flexibility in choosing combinations. I asked for a dish with carbohydrate and protein and was denied as it was not offered by the options on the menu. So I would have had to spend double to get a whole plate of protein and a whole plate of carbohydrates, but I wasn't that hungry!! In the end I had to choose the balanced one with vegetables even though I didn't want them. I also have a restaurant and I always give maximum availability and flexibility to each customer's requests... unfortunately I really don't understand when the same isn't done.
