"The Evangelist The Evangelist welcomes us hungry, on an unlikely time, on a festive day and in less than two minutes we have our table. At the entrance we almost thought we had wrong entrance kitchen, exposed wines, Gianelli coffee machine there, almost as if I could use it I take away every doubt, the entrance was correct and for us was immediately synonymous with transparency. The young chef, but in his dishes the history and experience of those who have spent a life in the kitchen. The chief room could not be more friendly and kind person.
