"in the title lies a compliment a big one and apparently very difficult to achieve. We arrived at appx 13.40 on Saturday afternoon and the place was packed, deservedly so. Whether by luck or judgement here's an example of a restaurant where kitchen and waiting staff appeared to be working in perfect harmony. Compliments from me are very rare, so well done and hopefully management will take note and even a secret visit to learn and transfer what's being done so well, meanwhile reward those staff for what they are doing."

Had a nice meal here, great server, she noticed I'd been given, and was tucking into, the wrong order before I did and had it remade and sorted in minutes. Really good service all evening.

I came here with family and was initially worried that there would be limited options, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a complete separate menu for their vegan options and there was soo many choices! my wife and I had the vegan pizza with gluten-free basic, gluten-free peroni, sorbet and carrot cake each oh and the broccolini. everything in all was quite good eating. as with most chain restaurants, the only big farewell was the hire of the staff, our waitress seemed like she hadn't been interested in all these ruined my eating experience each time. My wife and I had the vegan pizza with gluten-free base, gluten free Peroni, sorbet and carrot cake respectively oh and the broccolini. All in all was pretty good food. As with most chain restaurants the only big let down was the attitude of the staff, our waitress seemed like she was not interested in us at all this ruins my dining experience every time.

A nice place with good food and decent atmosphere. Weekends are busy and would likely require a reservation. The app has lots of freebies which is well worth doing and you can hook up the apps together by 'checking in ' on the same table to use multiple vouchers between the guests. Cleanliness could be a little better with greasy smudges on the bench and mirror, and slight water marks on the glass. However it 's more of an improvement point rather than it 's dirty. Would visit again.
